 .NET Technologies:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Advanced development with .NET Framework and .NET Core
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of layered architecture, Clean Architecture, and SOLID principles
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Service Development:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Designing and building RESTful APIs
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with WCF services (maintenance and integration)
 </li>
 <li>
 JSON and XML-based data communication
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Messaging &amp; Distributed Systems:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ (queueing, publish/subscribe, event-driven architecture)
 </li>
 <li>
 Applying idempotent consumer and retry patterns in message consumption
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Databases:
 
 
 <ul>

 Strong knowledge of MSSQL and PostgreSQL
 </li>
 <li>
 Query performance tuning, indexing strategies, and optimization
 </li>
 <li>
 Transaction management and concurrency control
 </li>

 Concurrency &amp; Performance:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Multi-threading, async/await, and parallel programming
 </li>
 <li>
 Lock-free data structures and memory management
 </li>
 <li>
 Performance optimization under high traffic workloads
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Nice to Have:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ability to maintain and enhance legacy frameworks
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of microservices architecture, service discovery, and API gateways
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Git (branching strategies, code review)
 </li>

 Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitLab, Jenkins)
 </li>

 Containerization with Docker and Kubernetes

 Closely following trends in digital marketing automation, identifying market needs and requirements, industry benchmarks;&middot;
 </li>
 <li>
 Taking into account future technology / developments, competitor products/services and changes in legislation
 </li>
 <li>
 Defining detailed requirements, working closely with UX/UI design and development teams, overcoming problems through innovative, pragmatic solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Writing detailed analysis documents that will guide development teams and reflect product requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Developing the product roadmap, periodical business plan and go to market plan for the long tail product
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum Bachelor's degree from a top-tier graduate institution, preferably in computer science, engineering or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Customer obsessed, with a passion for experience design and problem solving;
 </li>
 <li>
 Self starter, with minimum need for supervision
 </li>
 <li>
 Great team player with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership
 </li>
 <li>
 Always looks for new alternatives and innovation opportunities
 </li>
 <li>
 Can easily communicate with business as well as technical team
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior Martech 'Marketing Technology' experience is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Min. 3 years experience, preferably in B2B software product management
 </li>
