Job OverviewWe are seeking reliable and safety-conscious Transport Drivers to join our Relax and Ride, LLC team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting passengers or goods in a safe and efficient manner to medical appointments. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of vehicles and vans.Responsibilities<ul><li>Safely operate vehicles to transport passengers or goods to designated locations.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and safety regulations during transit.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding and disembarking.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage, and passenger counts.</li><li>Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and functionality.</li><li>Assist with heavy lifting and loading/unloading of goods as necessary.</li><li>Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding any issues that arise during transport.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle at all times.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Pass National Background</li><li>Pass National Sex Offender Background</li><li>Motor Vehicle Record</li><li>Pass a drug test</li><li>Wheelchair Certification (paid by employer)</li><li>First Aid/CPR Certification (paid by employer)</li><li>Defensive Driving Course (paid by employer)</li><li>Must use own vehicle</li></ul>If you're interested in joining our team, please call Denese at 740-858-8499 or email at dhouse.relaxandride@gmail.com.Job Type: Full-timePay: $600.00 - $1,000.00 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Paid training</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Van driver: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Fort Smith, AR 72903 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Fort Smith, AR 72903: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>100% (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
