<ul><li>Job Location Western Mumbai suburbs</li><li>Should have a degree / diploma in Civil engineering with 2-3 years of experience in Railway Project or Govt. Project</li><li>Should be able to coordinate with all Agencies/Contractors/Architects.</li><li>Day to day management and execution of site as per BOQ.</li><li>Preparing Rate analysis for extra items.</li><li>Expert in making BAR/PERT Chart and timely tracking to achieve deadlines accordingly.</li><li>Checking of contractors bills &amp; Measurements.</li><li>Preparing RA bills and getting it certified from the client.</li><li>Quality checking of Material and work</li><li>Controlling Wastage / Damages/Losses/Leakages during on-going construction.</li><li>Maintaining MOM of all the clients/PMC meetings.</li><li>Review requirements of the specification and relevant standards and ensure understandings and compliance of work done with the specified requirements of the specification and drawings.</li><li>Responsible for all finishing activities such as but not limited to block work &amp; plastering, false ceiling, gypsum walls and painting, tiling and marble works, parquet flooring and landscaping.</li><li>Should have knowledge of AutoCad.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
