 WHAT YOU'LL DO:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 You&rsquo;ll be the engine behind our
 
 digital presence
 
 &mdash; crafting branded assets that move people, elevate experiences, and drive marketing goals. Think:
 
 email campaigns, social assets, ads, retail packaging, apparel, event branding, franchise materials
 
 , and more.
 
 
 
 
 
 You should be able to design with direction when it&rsquo;s there &ndash; and take initiative when it&rsquo;s not. We&rsquo;re not looking for someone who needs full details before jumping in, we&rsquo;re looking for creative problem solvers that can identify gaps and use their innovation and initiative to correct them . You should be a

 -Live for design that drives
 
 real marketing outcomes
 
 &mdash; not just pretty pixels
 
 
 
 
 
 -Can instantly switch gears between three brands and still stay
 
 on-tone and on-target
 
 
 
 
 
 
 -You love Canva just as much as illustrator. Not tolerate it &mdash;
 
 love it
 
 . You know how to build high-impact, on-brand templates, manipulate layouts fast, and leverage Canva like the marketing tool it is.
 
 
 
 
 
 -You must be a Canva PRO &mdash; not just familiar, but fluent. We&rsquo;re talking shortcuts, templates, hacks, and high-volume efficiency. While Adobe Illustrator remains a must for precision design, Canva is mission-critical for our business model. We deploy assets at both the HQ level and across a national franchise network, and Canva allows us to scale fast, stay on-brand, and empower local execution without sacrificing quality.

 Support
 
 franchise growth
 
 with powerful presentations and print materials

 Design
 
 email layouts

 Organize and maintain templates, brand guides, and shared creative libraries

 WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

 4&ndash;5 years of design experience, preferably in marketing, lifestyle, or wellness

 Strong portfolio showing digital and print with a range of marketing intent

 Clear communication,
 
 collaboration-first
 
 mindset, and an eye for
 
 strategy-driven design

 Ability to prioritize, execute fast, and ask smart questions &mdash;

 Passion for branding, movement, fitness, wellness, and creating
