 Position Summary
 
 
 We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Operations Specialist
 
 (Mandarin speaking)
 
 to join our team and play a critical role in supporting and enhancing our operational processes. This position is ideal for a highly capable individual contributor with deep expertise in eCommerce operations who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. The Senior Supply Chain Operations Specialist will work closely with team leadership and cross-functional departments to drive operational efficiency, execute key workflows, and contribute to process improvement initiatives as we scale.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Daily Operational Execution: Manage and execute core operational tasks, including procurement coordination, inventory updates, order fulfillment tracking, and logistics monitoring
 </li>

 Process Optimization: Analyze workflows and performance data to identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and help implement SOP updates or automation tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Warehouse Operations, Customer Service, Software Development, and other teams to ensure seamless operational handoffs and alignment with broader business goals

 Data Analysis &amp; Reporting: Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and insights that guide day-to-day decision-making and long-term planning
 </li>

 System Management: Work with internal tools (e.g., ERP systems, order management software, Google Sheets) to ensure data integrity and support operational consistency

 Qualifications &amp; Experience

 Education &amp; Background: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Operations, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional Experience: 5+ years in operations, logistics, or supply chain roles, ideally in a fast-paced eCommerce or retail environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Technical Proficiency: Strong command of operational tools (ERP, Google Sheets, data visualization software); comfort with automation and systems integration is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Analytical Skills: Proven ability to assess processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes with measurable impact
 </li>
 <li>
 Problem-Solving: Ability to take initiative, resolve operational issues proactively, and work independently while staying aligned with team priorities

Senior Supply Chain Operations Specialist

 Position Summary
 
 
 We are seeking a highly analytical and culturally fluent
 
 Senior Buyer (Mandarin speaking)
 
 to support our fast-growing product sourcing and supply chain operations. This role is pivotal in managing strategic supplier relationships across Asia, particularly in China, and will be responsible for end-to-end procurement, including negotiation, planning, and vendor performance management.
 
 
 This individual will collaborate closely with our supply chain and product development teams to drive cost efficiencies, ensure quality standards, and deliver timely inventory that meets our customer and operational needs. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (verbal and written) is essential, as this role includes regular communication with overseas vendors and on-the-ground problem-solving.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Vendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers in Asia, with a focus on China. Evaluate performance and ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards

 Sourcing Strategy: Identify and qualify new vendors, analyze market trends, and source products that align with business objectives and margin targets
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiation &amp; Cost Management: Lead contract negotiations in both English and Mandarin to secure feasible pricing, payment terms, and service levels. Identify and drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality and service standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Purchase Planning &amp; Execution: Create purchase orders, monitor production timelines, and manage order tracking to ensure timely delivery and inventory accuracy
 </li>
 <li>
 Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with product development and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and resolve any supply issues
 </li>
 <li>
 Continuous Improvement: Lead or participate in cross-functional initiatives to optimize procurement workflows
 </li>

 Data &amp; Reporting: Use data analysis to drive continuous improvements in purchasing decisions. Prepare regular reports on supplier KPIs, spend, and forecasting accuracy
