Position Overview</b></div></div><div><div>
We are seeking a collaborative and organized Scrum Master to support Agile software delivery by facilitating SAFe ceremonies, serving as the liaison between business and IT teams, and ensuring product backlogs, user stories, and documentation are effectively managed. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business needs, recommend process improvements, maintain Jira and Confluence artifacts, track team KPIs, and support roadmap development while fostering Agile best practices. Strong communication and organizational skills, experience working in diverse technology environments, and a solid understanding of SAFe Agile principles are essential. SAFe Scrum Master or SAFe Practitioner certification is preferred, along with at least four years of relevant experience.</div></div><p>

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to support a Business Requirements and Capabilities Team within a complex Agile delivery environment. This individual will serve as the primary liaison and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Coordinator for one or more Product Teams, partnering closely with Product Managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined, validated, prioritized, and successfully delivered.</div></div><div><div>
The ideal candidate will possess strong business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and coordination skills, with experience operating within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment. This role requires someone who can effectively bridge business and technical teams, facilitate collaboration across multiple workstreams, coordinate Agile ceremonies and meetings, manage schedules and dependencies, and ensure business needs are represented throughout the delivery lifecycle.</div></div><p>

Elicit, analyze, document, validate, and manage business, functional, and user requirements.

</div></li><li><div>Support backlog refinement activities and ensure requirements are sufficiently defined for development and testing.
</div></li><li><div>Identify requirement gaps, risks, and dependencies and recommend solutions.</div></li></ul><div><div><b>
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Coordination</b></div></div><ul><li><div>
Serve as the UAT Coordinator for assigned Product Teams.
</div></li><li><div>Develop and manage UAT schedules, test planning activities, and stakeholder participation.
</div></li><li><div>Coordinate test execution activities across business users, product teams, and technical resources.
</div></li><li><div>Track, document, and communicate UAT results, defects, risks, and resolution status.
</div></li><li><div>Facilitate go/no-go readiness discussions and support release planning activities.
</div></li></ul><div><div><b>Stakeholder Engagement &amp; Cross-Team Coordination</b></div></div><ul><li><div>
Act as a primary business-facing liaison for assigned Product Teams.
</div></li><li><div>Foster collaboration between business stakeholders, Product Managers, development teams, testing teams, and external partners.
</div></li><li><div>Coordinate cross-functional activities and manage dependencies across multiple Agile teams.
</div></li><li><div>Facilitate communication and alignment among stakeholders to support successful product delivery.

Serve as the primary coordinator and owner for recurring product, stakeholder, and governance meetings.
</div></li><li><div>Develop agendas, facilitate discussions, document decisions, and track action items through completion.
</div></li><li><div>Develop and maintain project schedules, integrated master schedules (IMS), milestone tracking, and dependency management artifacts.
</div></li><li><div>Coordinate schedules across multiple teams and stakeholder groups to ensure alignment with delivery objectives.
</div></li><li><div>Monitor progress against planned milestones and proactively identify schedule risks.</div></li></ul><div><div><b>
Required:</b></div></div><ul><li><div>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
</div></li><li><div>7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Analyst, Product Analyst, or related role.
</div></li><li><div>Demonstrated experience with:
</div><ul><li><div>Business Requirements Management
</div></li><li><div>Requirements elicitation and documentation
</div></li><li><div>Stakeholder engagement and coordination
</div></li><li><div>User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution

</div></li><li><div>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint, Power Point, Excel, and Visio.

PMP Certification
</li><li><div>Experience supporting the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) or DHS component agencies.
</div></li><li><div>Experience supporting federal government programs or government contractors.
</div></li><li><div>Prior experience serving as a Product Manager, Scrum Master, and/or Agile Team Facilitator.
</div></li><li><div>SAFe certification (SA, SSM, POPM, or equivalent).
</div></li><li><div>Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
</div></li><li><div>Familiarity with IBM Engineering Workflow Management (EWM) / Rational Team Concert (RTC).
