<div><div>We are looking for a UX Designer to join us in continuing to build our AI powered security operations platform, GreyMatter. We want a thoughtful, excited designer who is a self starter and will take ownership of the work they do. You will work with the UX team as well as Product Managers to shape GreyMatter while educating others about design best practices. This is a unique opportunity to tackle tough design problems that comes with designing a world class user experience. Above all else, this role will allow you to work and learn from some of the most talented people in the business as well as have a direct contribution to the growth and success of ReliaQuest.</div><div><br>
The everyday hustle:<br>
<ul><li>Meeting with customers to understand their needs</li><li>Collaborating with product managers and developers, advocating for user experience</li><li>Illustrating and iterating on design ideas with storyboards and prototypes</li><li>Designing wireframes and high-fidelity user interfaces</li><li>Assisting our lead designer with our new style guide</li></ul></div><div><br>
Do you have what it takes:</div><ul><li>2+ years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, or similar role</li><li>Strong portfolio of design projects</li><li>Passion for designing solutions to hard, technical problems</li><li>Proficient in design software (e.g. Sketch, Illustrator)</li><li>Experienced in prototyping (e.g. InVision, Principle)</li><li>Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus</li></ul></div>

   Develop and execute creative designs for a variety of mediums, with a strong focus on digital assets (social media, websites, email campaigns, etc.)
  </li>
  <li>
   Develop brand assets to continue to strengthen and bring consistency to the ReliaQuest brand.
  </li>
  <li>
   Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
  </li>
  <li>
   Brainstorm and develop unique, on-brand design concepts for campaigns, projects, and events.
  </li>
  <li>
   Take feedback constructively and make necessary revisions to designs in a timely manner.
  </li>
  <li>
   Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to keep our visuals fresh and engaging.

  Do you have what it takes?

  <li>
   Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  </li>
  <li>
   5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and Figma.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and expertise in digital and print design.
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and design principles.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate creative ideas effectively.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

  What makes you uncommon?

 <ul>

   Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or animation is a plus (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  </li>
  <li>
   Familiarity with web design principles and tools (e.g., HTML, CSS) is a bonus.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience working within a branding or marketing team.
  </li>
  <li>
   Knowledge of UX/UI principles to optimize designs for user experience.
  </li>
