Hiring janitorial / general cleaners for a team in Avilla, IN to perform the following duties and more...</p><ul><li>
Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, floors, dusting, emptying trashes, base boards, counters, break rooms, and restroom cleaning</li><li>
Stocking and re-stocking supplies</li><li>
Maintain supply inventory, communicate when more supplies are needed</li><li>
Additional tasks as needed</li><li>
Open communication with Area Managers and office staff regarding any concerns, supply ordering, complaints, etc.</li></ul><p><b>
Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>
Must pass criminal background check (Acceptable criminal background, no theft)</li><li>
Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs routinely 4+ hours (each shift).</li><li>
Physical ability to bend, stoop, kneel, twist, squat, push and pull for 4+ hours (each shift).</li><li>
Can-Do attitude</li><li>
Willingness and desire to learn new and more efficient cleaning processes, this may include learning about and being trained on new types of equipment or different cleaning methods, etc).</li><li>
Be proactive</li><li>
Enjoys moving around and physical activity</li><li>
Passion for cleaning</li><li>
Monday - Friday from 5:30pm - 10:30pm</li></ul></div><p></p>
