Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled QA/QC Technician to join our quality assurance team. This position is responsible for ensuring that all outside plant work- including fiber, copper, conduit , and related infrastructure meets company standards, project specifications and industry best practices. All documentation to be implemented using Origami App.Responsibilities<ul><li>Inspect and verify field installations for compliance with design and safety standards</li><li>Document and report deficiencies or deviations from scope</li><li>Perform testing and verification of fiber and copper cabling</li><li>Ensure all work meets RCT quality and safety requirements</li><li>Coordinate with construction teams, engineers, and project managers to resolve field issues</li><li>Maintain accurate QC records and daily reports</li><li>Participate in quality audits and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues.</li><li>Document findings and prepare reports on quality inspection results for review by management.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in quality control or assurance in outside plant or telecommunications field work</li><li>Strong understanding of OSP construction practices and materials</li><li>Experience with fiber testing and documentation (OTDR&lt; power meter, etc.)</li><li>Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for effective problem-solving.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.</li><li>Valid driver's license and impeccable driving record</li><li>Experience conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
