Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented fresher accountant with hands-on knowledge of Tally, basic accounting entries, and voucher preparation. The candidate will support daily financial operations and assist the accounts team in maintaining accurate financial records.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform basic accounting entries in Tally ERP.</li><li>Create and maintain vouchers (Payment, Receipt, Journal, Contra).</li><li>Assist in day-to-day accounts operations.</li><li>Update ledgers, journals, and financial documents accurately.</li><li>Support bank reconciliation and vendor/customer reconciliation.</li><li>Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounts records.</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments for data and invoice collection.</li><li>Assist the accounts team during audits and month-end closing.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>B.Com / M.Com.</li><li>Practical knowledge of Tally ERP (mandatory).</li><li>Understanding of basic accounting principles and voucher types.</li><li>Good working knowledge of MS Excel (preferred).</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;8,000.00 - &#8377;14,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Accounting: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
