 🔍 About the Role
 
 
 
 The
 
 DC Manager
 
 will be responsible for driving efficient, safe, and cost-effective warehouse operations while ensuring timely fulfillment for all business channels. This role demands strong operational acumen, stakeholder management, and the ability to lead high-performing teams.
 
 
 You will oversee inbound &amp; outbound operations, optimize inventory, enhance productivity, manage a multi-functional team, and maintain strong vendor and stakeholder relationships.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 💼 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Strategic &amp; Operational Leadership
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Plan and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce overall supply chain costs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive daily warehouse operations, ensuring timely order fulfillment across channels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and mentor a team including QA, vendor management, reverse logistics, and assistant DC managers.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Process Excellence &amp; Inventory Control
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Identify areas for process improvement and streamline workflows for better productivity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure optimal inventory levels, minimize shrinkage, and manage storage &amp; distribution efficiently.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Vendor, Compliance &amp; Safety Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Build and maintain relationships with logistics and distribution partners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote a safe, high-performance work environment.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Performance Monitoring
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Track and drive KPIs including OTIF, shrink %, returns SLAs, delivery NPS, and transport cost.
 </li>
 <li>
 Continuously evaluate performance and implement corrective actions where required.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 People Leadership
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Set KRAs, monitor performance, and drive engagement and retention within the team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead by example and uphold company values while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 🎯 Who We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 8 to 14 years of experience in warehouse/SCM/Consumer Electronics/logistics operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership and people management skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience managing multi-channel retail logistics preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to drive KPIs, optimize costs, and deliver service excellence
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
 </li>
 <li>
 SAP Knowledge required
 </li>
 </ul>

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Min. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Organized
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership skills
 </li>
