We&rsquo;re looking for smart, confident, and passionate individuals to join us as Sales Associates. No sales experience needed (it's a plus if you do have)&mdash; just strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Your Responsibilities will include:<ul>
<li>Identify new business opportunities and increase sales.</li>
<li>Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers.</li>
<li>Manage and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.</li>
<li>Promote and sell our services to target markets to meet their needs and achieve sales targets.</li>
<li>Closely following up on all business leads.</li>
<li>Maintain and grow strategic industry relationships and networks.</li>
<li>Overcome client&rsquo;s resistance or hesitation and be able to offer solutions to problems</li>
<li>Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.</li>
<li>Generate leads and build and nurture client relationships.</li>
<li>Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands the customer base and extends global reach.</li>
</ul>Requirements
These are what we're looking for:<ul>
<li>A Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in any field (Business, Marketing, or Communications is a plus).
</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills (You speak clearly, listen actively, and engage confidently).
</li><li>Demonstrated passion for sales, business development, or customer engagement (this can be through internships, volunteer experience, side hustles, or personal interest).
</li><li>A quick learner who is eager to understand customer needs and offer value-driven solutions.
</li><li>Confident, energetic, and naturally persuasive (You&rsquo;re not afraid to start conversations or ask questions).
</li><li>Smart and self-motivated, with a problem-solving mindset and a desire to grow.
</li><li>Comfortable working in a target-driven environment and open to learning how to meet and exceed sales goals.</li>
