 Position Summary
 
 
 
 We are seeking an experienced
 
 Technical Recruiter II (Hunter)
 
 to manage full-cycle recruitment and build strong candidate pipelines. This is a full-time position based in Auburn Hills, MI, transitioning to hybrid after 90 days of in-office work.

 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Drive the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, negotiating offers, and coaching
 </li>
 <li>
 Source active and passive candidates for Automotive, Engineering, IT, Manufacturing, and Professional roles in VMS environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain candidate networks for key accounts
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct daily follow-ups on recruitment activities and progress
 </li>
 <li>
 Schedule interviews, negotiate pay rates, and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay current on industry trends and participate in ongoing learning
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proven staffing and recruiting experience, preferably in VMS environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong business acumen, coachability, and enthusiasm
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and organizational skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and database systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive under pressure
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Core Business Hours:
 
 7:45 AM &ndash; 5:00 PM
