Our company currently owns and operates 6 dental practices, and we pride in constant improvements and evolution through education and technology.We are seeking a skilled and motivated Online Marketing / SEO Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of search engine optimization strategies and a passion for driving organic traffic to our website. Ideal candidate should be possess knowledge of website management and contents creation.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic to the website.</li><li>Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for content creation and optimization.</li><li>Optimize website content, including metadata, HTML tags, and images, to enhance search engine performance.</li><li>Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Search Console and other analytics platforms.</li><li>Collaborate with web developers to ensure proper implementation of technical SEO best practices across the site.</li><li>Manage content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress to ensure optimal site structure and usability.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.</li><li>Oversee social media management efforts to support overall SEO goals and enhance brand visibility.</li><li>Provide regular reports on SEO performance metrics and recommend actionable improvements.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience as an online marketing Manager or similar role in digital marketing for minimum 2 years.</li><li>Strong knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and their impact on SEO performance.</li><li>Familiarity with various SEO tools and software for keyword research, tracking rankings, and analyzing competitors.</li><li>Experience with content management systems (CMS), particularly WordPress.</li><li>Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.</li><li>Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.</li><li>A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail.</li></ul>Send us your resume for review!Job Type: Full-timePay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Boston, MA 02109 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Boston, MA 02109: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
