</div><div>We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. While this role&rsquo;s primary focus will be on accounting tasks, it will also provide support to our Human Resources and Operations department.<br>
</div><div>The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and able to maintain accuracy in an evolving workplace.<br>

Key Responsibilities:<br>
</div><ul><li>Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications</li></ul>
<ul><li>Manage calendars and schedule meetings</li></ul>
<ul><li>Prepare and edit correspondence, reports and presentations as needed.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)</li></ul>
<ul><li>Order and manage office supplies and vendor relationships</li></ul>
<ul><li>Assist with Accounting department with various tasks including accounts payable and receivables.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Assist with Human Resources department with onboarding and other various tasks as needed</li></ul>
<ul><li>Provide support to departments related to your role with various tasks.</li></ul><br>

 Qualifications:<br>
</div><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or higher preferred</li></ul>
<ul><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications. i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Familiarity with Point of Sales (POS) and Inventory Management software (Preferred but not required)</li></ul>
<ul><li>Familiarity with CRM systems and scheduling tools (Preferred but not required)</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong communication skills</li></ul>
<ul><li>Prior experience in Finance and Human Resources (Preferred but not required)</li></ul><div><br>
