Hi,Opening for AP Executive / AR Executive - US GAAP with an IT Company based in Dehradun.Job Description1.Assemble,review and verify invoices and check requests.2.Flag and clarify any unusual or questionable invoice items or prices..3.Sort,code and match invoices.4.Set invoices up for payment..5.Enter and upload invoices into system.6.Track expenses and process expenses reports.7.Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.8.Prepare and perform check runs.9.Post transactions to journals,ledgers and other records.10.Reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable transactions11.Prepare analysis of accounts12.Maintain vendor file.13.Assist with month end closing14.Provide supporting documentation for audits.15.Maintain confidentiality of organisational information.Salary bracket - 25,000/ to 28,000/ per monthNight ShiftJob Location - Subhash Road,DehradunIf interested please apply on given email idRegardsPoojaJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
