About the Role</div><div>
The Senior Medical Content Manager oversees the creation of digital learning materials for MD and DO programs, including USMLE and COMLEX preparation. This role integrates clinical teaching, medical education, instructional design, and project leadership to deliver evidence-based content that meets accreditation, licensure, and learner requirements.</div><div></div><div>
Responsibilities</div><ul><li><div>
Oversee and be involved with the creation and revision of medical education content, including video scripts, assessments, blogs, webinars, clinical and summary notes.</div></li><li><div>
Manage a team of medical content creators and contractors, write content, edit content, provide editorial feedback and performance coaching.</div></li><li><div>
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including nursing education, content maintenance, sales, marketing, product, compliance, and creative teams to ensure alignment with roadmaps and strategic goals.</div></li><li><div>
Lead and provide content mapping to board blueprints for USMLE and COMLEX exams.</div></li><li><div>
