Position OverviewWe are seeking a creative and driven Content Creator to join our team. This role focuses on planning, filming, editing, and producing high-quality social media content across multiple clients, companies, and agents.You will work closely with leadership to execute content direction while also contributing ideas, trends, and simple scripts to keep content fresh and engaging.This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys creating content, working with people, and bringing ideas to life through video.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation<ul><li>Plan, film, and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)</li><li>Create simple, clean graphics using Canva</li><li>Write captions and assist with basic scripting for videos</li><li>Help clients feel comfortable and confident on camera</li></ul>Content Planning &amp; Execution<ul><li>Execute content across multiple clients, companies, and agents</li><li>Contribute content ideas, trends, and video concepts</li><li>Organize and manage content across projects and timelines</li><li>Prepare and schedule content for posting</li></ul>Collaboration &amp; Workflow<ul><li>Take direction and execute content efficiently and consistently</li><li>Work closely with leadership on content direction and messaging</li><li>Balance independent work with team collaboration</li><li>Be open to feedback while bringing a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset</li></ul>Efficiency &amp; Tools<ul><li>Use Canva to create and support social media content</li><li>Leverage AI tools (such as ChatGPT or similar) to assist with content ideas, captions, and workflows</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>1&ndash;3+ years of experience in content creation, social media, or video production</li><li>Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, or similar)</li><li>Comfortable filming content (iPhone and/or camera)</li><li>Ability to come up with content ideas and simple scripts</li><li>Strong communication skills and a professional presence</li><li>Upbeat, outgoing personality that helps others feel comfortable on camera</li><li>Organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines</li><li>Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally</li></ul>Preferred (Not Required)<ul><li>Experience in real estate, mortgage, or related industries</li><li>Familiarity with social media scheduling tools</li><li>Basic understanding of content performance and engagement</li></ul>Why Join AMG Media<ul><li>Work across multiple clients, companies, and industries</li><li>Hands-on, creative role with real impact</li><li>Opportunity to grow within a fast-paced marketing team</li><li>Collaborative and supportive environment</li></ul>To ApplyPlease submit:<ul><li>Resume</li><li>Portfolio or examples of video work</li><li>Links to social media accounts you&rsquo;ve created or managed</li></ul>Please include 2&ndash;3 short-form videos you have edited or created.
