Senior Specialist Business Development - Emirati Talent REMAYA creates and delivers world class military grade shooting ranges from the initial design and development stages right through to operations and management, imparting live fire training to organisations serving defence forces. As a leader in ensuring the highest levels of survivability for military and security personnel, REMAYA protects interests and advises clients, including governments, international entities and corporations operating worldwide. We are looking for a Sr. Specialist Business Development to identify and develop new commercial opportunities within the UAE, build lasting customer relationships, and support the delivery of world class range services to defence and commercial clients. Key Accountabilities <ul> <li>Partner with the Head of Business Development to manage and expand the UAE customer portfolio, developing new clients and strengthening existing relationships to drive both short term and long term sales opportunities.</li> <li>Contribute to monthly and annual order intake targets by securing UAE sales that support company revenue and profit goals.</li> <li>Collaborate with the Bidding and Commercial teams to create competitive, customer focused proposals for bespoke defence and commercial projects.</li> <li>Proactively market XRANGE to new customer segments across the UAE, supporting marketing and communications campaigns, and representing REMAYA at key industry events and trade shows.</li> <li>Develop and maintain a credible CRM sales pipeline, tracking progress against in year order intake commitments and forecasts.</li> <li>Support the Go To Market Strategy review, customer planning cycles, and sales forecasting for future projects.</li> <li>Prepare and contribute to monthly business development reports, sales performance updates, and XRANGE customer utilisation insights for management review.</li> </ul> Experience & Qualifications <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline (Master's preferred).</li> <li>7+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the defence, aerospace, or government contracting sectors in the UAE.</li> <li>Proven success in identifying, developing, and closing high value opportunities within complex stakeholder environments.</li> <li>Strong understanding of the UAE defence ecosystem, procurement channels, and customer engagement practices.</li> <li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at senior stakeholder levels.</li> <li>Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite; experience with EDGE systems is an advantage.</li> <li>UAE National candidates are highly encouraged to apply.</li> </ul><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?GNl9oJpztr8sZ%2f%2b2uqLiNaVcugRRoXNvk" width="0" height="0" />
