Rembold Hirschman seeks a Legal Assistant/Paralegal with 2+ years&rsquo; experience in civil litigation for its Coral Gables, Florida office. Experience in insurance defense and/or construction defect litigation is preferred. Candidates should possess strong writing and communication skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office, and experience assisting in the various aspects of litigation, including drafting and responding to discovery and pleadings, reviewing documents, records and deposition testimony, and preparing summaries. This position also involves assisting with clerical duties, including calendaring, scheduling and e-filing. Remote/WFH flexibility. Salary commensurate with experience.
