Job Summary:</b></p><p>
The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for reviewing and auditing door specs, reports, and project reviews during on-site inspections. The QA Specialist will work closely with the Field Service Technicians and Leaders to ensure the quality of our documentation meets our client&rsquo;s expectations. The QA Specialist will ensure the accuracy of all information documented and verify quality through LSPs, inspection information, deficiencies, resolution options, and photos. The person in this role needs to be very detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills, and well versed with current technology. This position will be based out of our headquarters in Lenexa, Kansas.</p><p><b>
Duties/Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Thoroughly reviewdoor specs,reports, and projectscompleted by our Field Service Technicians.</li><li>
Ensure accuracy in all documentation that will be presented to the clients.</li><li>
Validate thatdeficienciesandafterresolutionoptionsareappropriate forthe situation.</li><li>
Maintain professional,timelycommunication with Field Service Technicians and OperationsSupport.</li><li>
Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><b>
Requirements and Preferred Experience:</b></p><ul><li>
1 + year offire doorexperience and/or construction knowledge.</li><li>
A thorough understanding of NFPA codes and standards.</li><li>
Knowledge and experience with Life Safety Plans (LSPs)/Blueprints</li><li>
Great attention to detail and strong analytical skills.</li><li>
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Calendar.</li><li>
Ability to make decisionsin a timely mannerusing critical thinking</li><li>
Demonstratedability tointeract and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and staff.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Ability to work under pressure and perform multifaceted projects in conjunction with daily activities.</li></ul><p><b>
Education:</b></p><ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent</li></ul><p><b>
