<div><div>Job Summary:
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of Support Services projects.
Duties/Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Handle any large project assigned by the Director no mater which part of Support Services. (Estimating, Supply Chain, Project coordination / Management)</li><li>
Manage the project plans and drive the plans to execution.</li><li>
Manages all aspects of the process including budget development, the bid process, project acceptance, quality of work including warranty response, schedules, and financial reports.</li><li>
Plans, schedules, estimates, and coordinates projects with customer, staff, contractors and applicable parties.
</li><li>Consults with registered architects and professional engineers to assure conformity with customer needs, project requirements, schedules, budgets, safety issues, building codes, The Joint Commission (TJC), and ADA standards.</li><li>
Establishes and maintains courteous and cooperative relations with staff, departments, vendors, and customers including providing clear communications to appropriate parties.</li><li>
Explain implications of changes to project scope and/or objectives to the client and to the project team.</li><li>
Create or participate in the creation of project documentation like SOPs.</li><li>
Establish and maintain a usable and well-communicated schedule for all phases of a project.</li><li>
Determine project roles of team members based on project requirements, time frames and budget.</li><li>
Determine resource requirements (including staffing, software, hardware, and facilities) of requirements, high quality and acceptance.</li><li>
Responsible for formal sign off on all project deliverable; this will often include coordinating input and involvement from stakeholders.</li><li>
Ensure project meets internal and customer expectations with respect to quality, budget, delivery timelines, and strategy.</li><li>
Identify, track, manage and mitigate risk on specific customer engagements. Escalate these issues when necessary to ensure minimal impact to quality, budget, and timeline.</li><li>
Work with applicable parties to ensure customers achieve an understanding of expectations, deliverable, dependencies, risks, progress and the bright works development process.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
If needed, create customized reporting for the customer or team to secure sign off on deliverable or documentation.</li><li>
Communicate progress, risks, expectations, timelines, milestones and other key project metrics to customers and team members.</li><li>
Track and report weekly on percent complete, budget burn, earned value, slippage, project effort and duration to complete, and other key project metrics.

Job Summary:
The Door Sourcing Specialist is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring doors, frames, and hardware for construction and renovation projects. This role ensures materials meet project specifications, building codes, and safety standards while maintaining cost-effectiveness and reliable delivery. The ideal candidate has strong vendor management skills, technical knowledge of door products, and experience working in construction or facility-related industries. 
Duties/Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Source and procure hollow metal, wood, and specialty doors, frames, and hardware for assigned projects.</li><li>
Interpret architectural drawings, door schedules, and specifications to ensure accuracy in sourcing.</li><li>
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to secure competitive pricing and quality products.</li><li>
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to achieve cost savings while meeting quality and compliance standards.</li><li>
Prepare and manage submittals for client and architect approval.</li><li>
Monitor supplier performance, delivery timelines, and resolve any issues related to quality, lead times, or logistics.</li><li>
Ensure all products comply with applicable safety, fire, ADA, and building code requirements (NFPA, IBC, UL-rated, etc.).</li><li>
Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and field teams to support project execution.</li><li>
Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase orders, and vendor agreements in ERP/project management systems.</li><li>
Research market trends, alternative products, and suppliers to reduce risk of material shortages.</li></ul> 
Requirements and Preferred Experience:<ul><li>
3+ years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience (construction, building materials, or commercial doors/hardware industry preferred).</li><li>
Knowledge of fire-rated and life-safety door requirements strongly desired.</li><li>
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.</li><li>
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and door schedules.</li><li>
Familiarity with building codes and standards (NFPA, ADA, IBC, UL).</li><li>
Excellent organizational and communication skills.</li><li>
