We develop innovative solutions that integrate seamlessly with EHRs and empower providers to improve care coordination and patient outcomes.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Clinical Product Analyst who brings a strong clinical background and has hands-on experience working with technology teams to design, deploy, test, and optimize clinical applications. This individual will serve as the bridge between clinicians and developers&mdash;ensuring our platform is not only technically sound but also clinically relevant, intuitive, and compliant with healthcare regulations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Partner with product managers, developers, and QA teams to design, test, and validate clinical features of Synaptix applications.</li><li>Translate clinical workflows into technical requirements and user stories for the development team.</li><li>Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate software updates against clinical standards.</li><li>Provide clinical insight during product roadmap discussions and assist in prioritizing features.</li><li>Support deployment of clinical applications by assisting with workflow mapping, training, and adoption across healthcare organizations.</li><li>Act as a liaison with clinicians (physicians, nurses, care coordinators) to gather feedback and ensure product usability in real-world settings.</li><li>Maintain awareness of HIPAA, CMS, RPM/CCM/RTM regulations, and ensure platform compliance.</li><li>Assist with clinical documentation, reporting requirements, and integration testing with EHRs and third-party systems.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Licensed clinical professional background (e.g., Physician, Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, or allied health professional).</li><li>2+ years of experience in clinical informatics, product management, or digital health solutions.</li><li>Proven track record collaborating with software development and QA teams in building healthcare applications.</li><li>Strong understanding of clinical workflows, care coordination programs, and RPM/CCM/RTM/PCM models.</li><li>Familiarity with EHR/EMR integrations and interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR).</li><li>Excellent communication and documentation skills&mdash;able to translate clinical needs into technical requirements.</li><li>Strong problem-solving ability and a passion for improving patient care through technology.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Prior experience in SaaS healthcare product development.</li><li>Exposure to patient engagement platforms, or device management systems.</li><li>Knowledge of CMS billing codes and compliance requirements for RPM, CCM, RTM, and PCM.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
