We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to become a part of our vibrant team and contribute to building cutting-edge web applications.Job DescriptionResponsibilities<ul><li>Lead the design, development, and maintenance of full-stack web applications using the MERN stack, ensuring high performance, scalability, security, and responsiveness.</li><li>Develop robust, efficient, and well-documented backend APIs and services with Node.js and Express.js, integrating seamlessly with MongoDB databases.</li><li>Craft dynamic, intuitive, and visually appealing user interfaces for web applications using React.js.</li><li>Design and build high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter for both iOS and Android, ensuring native-like performance and user experience.</li><li>Actively research, integrate, and deploy AI/Machine Learning models and tools into both web and mobile applications, creating intelligent features (predictive analytics, recommendation systems, natural language processing).</li><li>Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, Data Scientists, and QA Engineers from concept to deployment within an Agile development environment (Scrum preferred).</li><li>Participate actively in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, architectural design, coding, testing, code reviews, and deployment.</li><li>Implement and enforce best practices for code quality, security, and performance optimization across the entire stack.</li><li>Stay abreast of the latest advancements in web, mobile, AI/ML technologies, and bring innovative solutions to the team.</li></ul>RequirementsWork Experience <ul><li>4-5 years of proven professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.</li><li>A strong portfolio demonstrates expertise in MERN Stack development, mobile applications, and AI/ML integrations.</li></ul>Education<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or master&rsquo;s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).</li></ul>Skills <ul><li>Expert-level proficiency in MERN Stack development: </li><li>MongoDB: Deep understanding of database design, querying, and optimization.</li><li>Express.js &amp; Node.js: Extensive experience in building scalable RESTful APIs and backend services.</li><li>React.js: Mastery of modern React, including Hooks, Context API, and state management.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in cross-platform mobile development with Flutter and Dart. </li><li>Solid experience with AI/Machine Learning tools and concepts, including:</li><li>Familiarity with prominent ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).</li><li>Experience with data processing, model integration, and deploying AI models into production environments via APIs.</li><li>Proficiency with Git and modern version control workflows. </li><li>Strong practical experience working within Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). </li><li>Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.</li><li>Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>Workdays: Monday - FridayWork hours: 6pm &ndash; 3am PKT (Night shift)Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In personJob Type: Full-timePay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
