Position Overview: 
As an Esthetician Laser Associate you are the to the go-to laser expert in this studio. Your responsibilities include administering safe laser treatments, educating clients on the removal process, and overseeing various laser and operational activities. We are seeking a professional who can handle routine tasks with ease and takes the utmost satisfaction in providing exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Provide safe and effective laser treatments adhering to Removery protocol.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with Removery standards for safety protocol, treatment guidelines, and client information and records.</li><li>
Establish trust with clients through excellent customer service while communicating realistic expectations and treatment outcomes.</li><li>
Maintain a high level of accountability while collaborating with the studio team to achieve key performance indicators and foster a positive studio culture.</li><li>
Perform light cleaning duties and manage administrative tasks, as needed, to ensure smooth studio operations and client experience.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with company learning and development requirements and maintain up-to-date licensing credentials.</li></ul>

Compensation: $28-30/hr + uncapped commission 
Address: 1624 S. Broadway Denver, CO 
Status: Full-time 
Schedule: Tuesday- Saturday<ul><li>
Tuesday: 10:30am-7:00pm</li><li>
Wednesday: 9:30am-6:00pm</li><li>
Thursday: 9:30am-6:00pm</li><li>
Friday: 8:30am-5:00pm</li><li>
Saturday: 8:30am-4:00pm</li></ul>

Position Requirements:<ul><li>
Active Esthetician License</li><li>
Reliable transportation to your home studio and/or other designated locations, as needed.</li><li>
Effective and client centric communication style.</li><li>
Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.</li><li>
Out of state travel for training may be required</li><li>
Must be able to sit for hour long increments.</li><li>
Must be able to lift 10 lbs. or more repetitively.</li><li>
High level comfort with treating and interacting with the human body.</li><li>
Ability to maintain highly confidential information.</li><li>
Strong wrist dexterity and strength with the ability to operate a laser and computer/office machinery (required use of hands, fingers, arms)</li><li>
Ability to visually assess clients&rsquo; skin conditions and safely operate laser equipment while wearing assigned Laser Safety Goggles.</li><li>
Ability to meet employment eligibility requirements.</li></ul>
