In this role, you&rsquo;ll set the tone at the pool bar&mdash;creating expertly crafted beverages while delivering friendly, engaging service that makes every guest feel welcome and valued from arrival to farewell. Greet guests as they arrive or move about the pool area</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Adhere to standards set forth by management and company</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Maintains proper and adequate set-up of the pool daily</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Guide guests through descriptive selling of the menu</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Be accurate in order taking, confirming all special requests</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Work collaboratively with other servers and kitchen/bar staff</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Assist guests who have concerns to guide them to a resolution that leaves them happy</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Finalize the experience through timely and accurate bill presentation</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Requisitioning and stocking of all beer, wine, spirits and supplies</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Ability to learn and follow proper steps of service for all guests&rsquo; interactions</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Ability to work alone and in a team to include serving, bussing, running, general cleaning and special projects as assigned by management</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Responsible for maintaining stock, cutting, and storing of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables daily to ensure product quality.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Mixes, garnishes, and presents drinks following standard ingredient recipes and practicing portion control.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Inputs orders into a register at the point of sale and creates a check for each guest</p></li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li><p>
Locks up and stores all beverages, food and other equipment items, deposits cash drops and secures bank and all other duties as assigned.</p></li></ul></div></div><p></p><p><b><br>

Physical Requirements</b></p></div><p></p><div><ul><li><p><br>
 Prior bartending/serving experience required.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
 Ability to understand verbal English to comprehend basic guest requests.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
 Ability to understand written English to read any caution or safety notices.</p></li></ul></div><p></p><div><ul><li><p><br>
 Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry, or otherwise, transport up to 75 lbs.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
 Ability to move or push goods on a hand cart/truck weighing a maximum of 200 lbs.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
 All employees must maintain a neat, clean and well groomed appearance</p></li></ul></div><p></p><div><p><br>
