Job Overview:

The Patient and Employee Safety Clinical Coordinator serves as a pivotal coordinator within the department. This role is instrumental is driving key initiatives in process optimization, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.

 Essential Functions:
<ul>
<li>Work closely with the Director of Patient and Employee Safety.
</li><li>Perform administrative duties, including report generation and data compilation.</li>
<li>Assists leadership with departmental projects centered on program development, patient satisfaction and safety, workflow efficiency and regulatory alignment.</li>
<li>Streamlines cross-functional communication, ensure information was accurately disseminated and followed up, with all inquiries resolved promptly and effectively.</li>
<li>Manages high-precision data entry and record-keeping, consistently meeting departmental standards for accuracy and reliability.</li>
<li>Provides flexible operational support by managing special assignments and ad hoc tasks to ensure seamless departmental workflow.</li>
<li>Responsible for high volume of data organization.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or GED</li>
<li>College Degree Preferred; preferably Pre-Health/Pre-Med track.</li>
<li>Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) preferred.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume workloads by leveraging multiple systems, including EMR platforms and internal portals, with speed and accuracy</li>
<li>Excellent teamwork abilities and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Maintain a professional, empathetic, and courteous demeanor</li>
<li>Proven ability to communicate effectively and organize complex workflows in a team environment</li>
<li>Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy</li>
<li>Prior experience in a medical setting and familiarity with medical terminology are preferred but not required</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).</li>

 Job Overview
 
 
 
 Medical receptionists are responsible for providing a great first impression of Rendr by warmly welcoming patients to the practice and providing exceptional customer service throughout the visit.
 
 
 
 Essential Functions
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Warmly greet and direct patients, vendors, and visitors as they enter the practice.
 </li>
 <li>
 Schedule new appointments and coordinate follow up appointments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Process insurance information to determine patient eligibility and collect copays accurately.
 </li>
 <li>
 Check-in patients upon arrival and assist with completion of paperwork when needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Address questions specific to insurance benefits and coverage and escalate questions to Billing Team when appropriate.
 </li>
 <li>
 Check/prepare lab or imaging reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Verify accuracy of patient information and make appropriate changes or updates in records.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct follow-up reminder calls to patients when needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Answer phone calls and handle all inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Help patients in distress by responding to emergencies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle sensitive and confidential patient data appropriately.
 </li>
 <li>
 Other related duties as assigned by office manager.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Highschool diploma or equivalent preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bilingual in English and Chinese required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong sense of accountability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Dedication to patient satisfaction and safety.
 </li>
 <li>
 Adaptability and flexibility able to work in different offices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
 </li>
 <li>
 EMR system familiarity preferred.
