Senior Staff Engineer</b><b> - CI/CD System Development:</b></p><p>
Looking for an experienced CI/CD Experienced Team Manager or CI/CD System Architect Design Engineer to join the 2B$ R-Car Gen5 SW Project for Global OEM/Tier1 automotive manufacturers where in the candidate will get to work on a wide range of exciting R-Car SW products developed on Renesas R-Car CI/CD Environment based on Cloud/On-premises server systems. This is a growth opportunity where in the candidate will get to define CI/CD requirements with stakeholders, lead CI/CD experts in JP/VN/EU, and to co-develop CI/CD system with OEM/Tier1/Suppliers to build, test, package and deliver our SW products with ensuring SW Quality by Agile &amp; Scrum Practice.</p><p>
Essential Functions:</p><ul><li>
Deploy CI/CD system to HPC Software Solution Division (HSSD) in Japan, Vietnam, India and Germany</li><li>
Plan to develop the feature development and maintenance of our CI/CD pipeline</li><li>
Work with Program/Project managers, software developers &amp; testers to prioritize requirements analysis in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment</li><li>
Identify sources of manual work related to onboarding new projects from inception to CI/CD pipeline and strive to automate as much as possible</li><li>
Reduce the time it takes to build, deploy, and configure software to all environments</li><li>
Joint owner of SW build and release tools and processes.</li></ul><p><b><br>

Minimum Requirements:</p><ul><li>
MSc/BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent practical experience</li><li>
Leadership (or Project Management/Team management) skills and 5+ years IT/software project management experience and proven track record of achieving objectives on time</li><li>
2+ years DevOps/Software Engineering experience with evidence of exceptional ability (Agile &amp; Scrum practice, coding skills like Python).</li><li>
2+ years of experience with continuous integration tools like GitLab (Build CMake/YML files, Set up CI runner and the site management), JIRA, Docker, Artifactory, and/or other tools (e.g. Jenkins).</li></ul><p><b><br>

Job Summary:</b><br>
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Staff Verification Engineer to architect mixed SystemC and SystemVerilog/UVM verification environment for out next generation SOC. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in digital system co-simulation, behavioral modeling, and verification methodologies for complex SoCs and IP blocks.<br>

<b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>
Lead the development of SystemC/TLM models for SoC components including CPUs, memory subsystems, interconnects, and peripherals.</li><li>
Collaborate with architecture, design, and verification teams to define modeling requirements and ensure alignment with system-level goals.</li><li>
Drive performance modeling and simulation to evaluate architectural trade-offs and optimize system behavior.</li><li>
Integrate SystemC models into virtual platforms for pre-silicon software development and validation.</li><li>
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices in modeling methodology and infrastructure.</li><li>
Support model integration with other simulation environments (e.g., QEMU, SystemVerilog, Python-based frameworks).</li><li>
SystemC and SystemVerilog mixed simulation. Experience with DPI and/or UVM connect is a plus.</li><li>
Document modeling architecture, APIs, and usage guidelines.</li></ul><p><b><br>

12+ years of experience in system-level modeling, with a strong focus on SystemC and TLM 2.0.</li><li>
Solid understanding of computer architecture, SoC design, and embedded systems.</li><li>
Proficiency in C++ and SystemC; experience with scripting languages (Python, Perl) is a plus.</li><li>
Familiarity with simulation tools, virtual platforms, and performance analysis techniques.</li><li>

A broad comprehension of power conversion is required including familiarity with digital PWM controllers, magnetics, PDN analysis, and VR and system level modeling and simulation. Deep technical capability will be combined with excellent communication skills, including customer facing, to create the capability to own major technical engagements, and be the go-to expert within the highly skillful team.</li><li>
Previous design or application team management experience is required.</li><li>
Typical requirements are a minimum of 15-20 years of relevant semiconductor or in-system/on-board voltage regulator experiences with hands-on lab and simulation capabilities.</li><li>
