<div>Job Description 
The Principal Product Marketing Manager for Hyperscaler Power owns the commercial and market intelligence function for the power IC business unit &mdash; combining P&amp;L accountability, pricing strategy, and direct hyperscaler customer engagement with technical go-to-market execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Intelligence &amp; Competitive Analysis<ul><li>
Provide market sizing, TAM/SAM analysis, and competitive share assessments to support business case development for new products</li><li>
Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and maintain up-to-date competitive battle cards</li><li>
Analyze hyperscaler CapEx trends, power architecture roadmaps, and OCP/ODCC specifications to identify product gaps and opportunities for portfolio expansion</li><li>
Track GPU and ASIC power delivery evolution and translate implications into product requirements</li></ul>
Commercial Leadership &amp; Pricing<ul><li>
Develop and maintain comprehensive pricing strategy for the product line, including list pricing, volume break structures, LTA pricing frameworks, and competitive response pricing</li><li>
Own the product family P&amp;L in partnership with finance, including revenue forecasting, gross margin management, and cost roadmap optimization in collaboration with foundry, packaging, and test engineering</li><li>
Provide forecasting inputs and business case analysis for NPI investments in collaboration with product management and finance</li><li>
Support design-win pipeline development with technical differentiation packages, competitive response kits, and customer-specific value engineering analyses</li><li>
Manage product lifecycle transitions including EOL planning, bridge product strategy, and new product introduction (NPI) coordination</li></ul>
Customer &amp; Ecosystem Engagement<ul><li>
Engage directly with hyperscaler hardware platform teams to shape requirements, gain design-window visibility, and establish technology roadmap alignment</li><li>
Partner with Customer Program Managers, product managers to ensure product-customer fit and capture design-specific requirements throughout the program lifecycle</li><li>
Work closely with field sales and FAEs to develop customer-specific positioning and support design-in activity at strategic accounts</li><li>
Support RFQs and design win activities with technical differentiation content and competitive response packages</li><li>
Build and maintain relationships with ODM partners and OEM platform teams as secondary influencers of hyperscaler power design</li></ul>
Product Positioning &amp; Go-to-Market<ul><li>
Define compelling product positioning and value propositions for power ICs targeting hyperscaler AI rack architectures</li><li>
Develop and own go-to-market plans for new product launches</li></ul> 
Qualifications 
<ul><li>
Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's degree strongly preferred</li><li>
8+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with 5+ years in product marketing, product management, or technical business development for analog, mixed-signal, or power management ICs</li><li>
Strong commercial acumen: proven ability to build and defend business cases, manage product P&amp;L, drive pricing strategy, and optimize cost trade-offs across the product lifecycle</li><li>
Experience engaging directly with hyperscaler, cloud, or HPC customer hardware engineering and procurement teams</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to develop technical marketing collateral for sophisticated engineering audiences</li><li>
Experience executing product launches, including pricing, sampling, collateral, and sales enablement in semiconductor markets</li><li>
Excellent cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills; ability to influence without authority across engineering, sales, and executive stakeholders</li></ul>
Preferred &amp; Differentiating Qualifications<ul><li>
12+ years with a demonstrated record of shipping power ICs into hyperscaler production programs at AWS, Google, Microsoft, Meta, or their ODM partners</li><li>
Deep technical knowledge across power IC application domains: multiphase DC-DC controllers, smart power stages, 48V IBC architectures</li><li>
Prior hands-on experience as an IC design engineer, applications engineer, or power systems architect &mdash; providing ground-level credibility with design teams and customers</li><li>
MBA or equivalent business education is a plus for roles with expanded P&amp;L and commercial responsibilitie</li></ul> 

Additional Information 
The expected annual pay range for this position is $200K - $270K. This position is also eligible for bonus opportunities. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.

The goal of this team is to provide top-level technical service and support to prospects and customers, with a focus on PCB Design and Data Management. A day in the life of our Field Application Engineer<ul><li>
Perform technical discovery engagements, technical sales presentations, and product (value prop) demonstrations</li><li>
Create and deliver (both live and on-demand) quality technical content to assist sales &amp; marketing campaigns and initiatives</li><li>
Quickly grasp client technical and business challenges while establishing personal and company credibility with prospects, customers, and partners</li><li>
As a technical expert, reduce the sales cycle by helping the Sales Team drive the sales process for the assigned opportunities and accounts</li><li>
Expand sales pipeline within targeted accounts and serve as the main technical liaison</li><li>

Qualifications

Additional Information
