The Total Rewards Director is a strategic leader responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization&rsquo;s Americas total rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, and well-being programs. Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><b>
Strategy &amp; Leadership</b><ul><li>
Develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy that aligns with organizational goals and supports talent attraction and retention.</li><li>
Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership on compensation and benefits trends, challenges, and opportunities.</li><li>
Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to ensure compensation practices support workforce and market competitiveness.</li><li>
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external consultants and vendors to maximize service delivery and cost efficiencies.</li><li>
Promote employee understanding and satisfaction with compensation and benefits offerings through effective communication strategies and education initiatives.</li></ul></li><li><b>

Lead job evaluation, market pricing, monitor total rewards trends, and regulatory changes to keep programs current and competitive.</li><li>
Leverage data and analytics to inform decision making and measure program effectiveness.</li><li>

Education:</b> Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.</li><li><b>
Experience:</b><ul><li>
12+ years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits, including 5+ years in a leadership role.</li><li>
Proven track record developing and implementing total rewards strategies in complex, multi-location organizations.</li></ul></li><li><b>
Skills:</b><ul><li>
Deep knowledge of compensation and benefits regulations and best practices. Global experience would be a plus.</li><li>
Strong analytical and financial acumen.</li><li>

Job Description:</b> We are seeking a Proto/Product Ops Manager to support the growth of our India Offices. Looking for a high energy leader to build, lead and motivate a team in India. This individual will be overseeing daily operations, setting goals, managing budgets and resources. Candidates will need to recruit, train employees and monitor performance.<b>
</b></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>
Work closely with Renesas business units, supply chain and external vendors to ensure samples are built on schedule and delivered on time.</li><li>
Plan and track the shipment of products in coordination with internal departments to meet customer requirements.</li><li>
Work with freight forwarders, carriers, and warehouse teams to ensure timely pick-up and delivery of goods</li><li>
Prepare and manage shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, Airway Bill, and customs paperwork.</li><li>
Resolve conflicts or issues related to delivery delays or product damage.</li><li>
Generate regular reports for management on costs, efficiency, and delays.</li><li>
Work closely with the procurement team to ensure the POs in placed for external vendors and OSATs.</li><li>
Material planning, scheduling, expediting and tracking for Research and Development activities</li><li>
Manage systems to capture and track material plans, inventory and status</li><li>
Manage purchase request for R&amp;D materials</li><li>
Identify critical path, and propose risk mitigation and contingency strategies for delays and shortages</li><li>
Interface with external vendors to ensure that proto requirements are clearly communicated and met.</li><li>
Ensure all proto build documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.</li><li>
Manage backend product yield daily monitoring.</li><li>
Manage disposition for floor level issue resolution, Retest rejects, Visual Inspections, Basic FA and Data analysis</li><li>
