Key Responsibilities
</b></p><p><b>End-to-End Executive Recruiting</b></p><ul><li>

Governance &amp; Process Excellence</b></p><ul><li>
Design, implement, and continuously improve executive search processes, tools, scorecards, and governance frameworks.</li><li>
Maintain strong compliance and ensure all searches adhere to global recruiting standards and best practices.</li><li>
Deliver executive hiring metrics, reporting, and insights to Talent Acquisition and executive leadership teams.</li></ul><p><b>
Search Firm Management</b></p><ul><li>
Act as the key owner of all relationships with external executive search firms.</li><li>
Establish and maintain a preferred vendor program, including selection, negotiation, performance evaluation, and cost management.</li><li>
Ensure external partners deliver consistent quality, diverse slates, and strategic market insights.</li></ul><p><b>
Market Intelligence &amp; Talent Advisory</b></p><ul><li>
Provide deep market mapping, competitive landscape research, compensation benchmarking, and succession pipeline insights.</li><li>
Partner with HR and senior leaders to influence talent strategies and long-term workforce planning for executive roles</li></ul><p><b><br>
Qualifications</b></p><p><b><br>
Required</b></p><ul><li>
Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in executive search&mdash;either in-house, from a top-tier search firm, or a combination of both.</li><li>
Strong track record managing senior-level searches (Senior Director / VP / C-Suite).</li><li>
Proven experience building and leading recruiting teams.</li><li>
Expertise in managing executive hiring processes, assessment tools, and stakeholder engagement.</li><li>
Strong ability to influence, advise, and partner with senior executives.</li><li>
Exceptional communication, executive presence, and relationship-building skills.</li><li>
High discretion and ability to handle confidential or sensitive information.</li></ul><p><b>

About the role:</b></p><p>
This role is responsible for making our software secure by design and keeping it secure throughout its lifecycle &mdash; from architecture and development to deployment and operations. The Architect will define security standards, embed security into engineering workflows, and ensure our SaaS platform meets enterprise-grade security and compliance expectations.</p><p><b>
 A day in the life of our Cloud Security Architect:</b></p><ul><li>
Define and maintain secure architecture patterns for cloud-native SaaS systems</li><li>
Review and approve system designs for security risks</li><li>
Lead threat modeling for new features and platform components</li><li>
Design secure multi-tenant isolation models</li><li>
Architect secure API frameworks and integration patterns</li><li>
Ensure tenant data isolation and encryption strategies</li><li>
Continuously improve Secure SDLC practices</li><li>
Define secure coding standards and guardrails</li><li>
Architect secure cloud environments</li><li>
Define IAM, least-privilege access models, and service-to-service authentication</li><li>
Participate in security audits and customer security reviews</li><li>
Lead security incident root-cause analysis for application-layer incidents</li><li>
Improve detection and monitoring for application-level threats</li><li>

8+ years in software engineering, security engineering, or cloud architecture</li><li>
Strong expertise in cloud-native architecture (microservices, containers, Kubernetes)</li><li>
Deep understanding of application security (OWASP Top 10, secure coding)</li><li>
Strong knowledge of IAM, authentication protocols (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML)</li><li>
Experience designing secure multi-tenant SaaS systems</li><li>
Hands-on experience with one major cloud provider (AWS preferred)</li></ul><p><b>

Cloud Security Architect

<div><b>Job Description</b><p><br>
The purpose of this position is to drive technical excellence in Analog design of power management integrated circuits, delivering hands-on block and top-level design from specification to clean database in collaboration with block lead designers.</p><p>
Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>
Design, verification and simulation of CMOS Analog blocks for power management circuits including voltage references, bias circuits, comparators and amplifiers meeting performance, area and power specifications.</li><li>
Collaborate with block leads to achieve system and design strategy for power management products.</li><li>
Guide layout team to ensure quality of layout of own design.</li><li>
Drive silicon debugging and design characterisation.</li><li>
Drive lab evaluation in collaboration with Application Engineers for own design.</li><li>
Produce high quality documentation for own IP blocks.</li><li>
Working closely with DFT engineers to ensure that own blocks follow existing strategy and implementation for DFT.</li><li>
Work closely with test and product engineers to support test development and ramp to production.</li><li>
Coach and mentor less experienced team members.</li><li>
Contribute to schematic and layout block level reviews for blocks initially designed by others.</li><li>
Take technical leadership for sub-systems and driving them from specification to production ramp.</li><li>
Interpret requirement specifications to achieve system and design strategy for power management products.</li><li>
Take a proactive approach to driving own development plan, utilising team members and internal development opportunities.</li><li>
