Position Overview 
ReNew Wound Care is seeking an accomplished and motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our leadership team as the Regional Director of Clinical Operations for the Brooklyn region. In this high-impact, field-based role, you will be pivotal in ensuring clinical excellence, mentoring providers, and strengthening our healthcare partnerships. 
This is a remote-based position requiring regular travel within New York. Must reside in New York and possess an active New York state license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. 
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Provide clinical education, training, and hands-on support to healthcare providers on advanced wound care protocols.</li>
<li>Manage our Advanced Wound Care Providers, Clinical Support Specialists, and Account Managers within the state of New York.</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with providers, facility staff, and leadership teams.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with internal operations and business teams to support seamless service delivery.</li>
<li>Conduct routine site visits to monitor clinical practices, ensure compliance, and drive superior patient outcomes.</li>
<li>Advise on product utilization and offer expert guidance on clinical inquiries.</li>
<li>Develop training resources, clinical guidelines, and frameworks for best practices.</li>
<li>Track, analyze, and report clinical outcomes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and clinical innovations.</li>
<li>Respond promptly to provider needs and troubleshoot clinical challenges on-site.</li>
<li>Must be able to provide advanced wound care management services to our buildings.</li></ul> 


Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Active New York state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.</li>
<li>Extensive experience in advanced wound care management.</li>
<li>Wound Care Certification from a nationally recognized accrediting body (e.g., WCC, CWCN, or similar).</li>
<li>Proven experience in clinical education, field-based roles, or healthcare account management.</li>
<li>Strong leadership abilities, with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.</li>
<li>Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.</li>
<li>Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout New York.</li></ul>

Regional Clinical Director | Wound Care

<div>Medical Scribe | Wound Care 
The Medical Scribe supports wound care providers in skilled nursing facilities. The Medical Scribe will be responsible for accurately documenting patient encounters, ensuring timely and compliant entries into the electronic medical record (EMR), supporting Merit-Based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) reporting, and facilitating communication between the clinical team and facility staff. This role is essential in helping clinicians focus on direct patient care while maintaining high standards of documentation and regulatory compliance. 
 
** This role is Part-time (3 days per week, M-F) ** 
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Accurately document patient visits, wound assessments, and treatment plans under the direction of the provider.</li>
<li>Ensure all notes and entries are compliant with MIPS requirements and skilled nursing facility regulations.</li>
<li>Assist with the preparation and organization of patient charts and medical records.</li>
<li>Support the provider in capturing all relevant clinical data, including wound progress and procedure details.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with skilled nursing facility staff and administrators to help coordinate care and clarify documentation as needed.</li>
<li>Monitor documentation timelines to ensure completion and submission in accordance with facility and payer guidelines.</li>
<li>Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information and follow HIPAA regulations.</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned to support the needs of the organization.</li></ul> 


Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred.</li>
<li>Prior experience as a medical scribe, preferably in wound care, geriatrics, or post-acute settings.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of medical terminology, EMR systems, and healthcare documentation standards.</li>
<li>Understanding of MIPS documentation and quality reporting preferred.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.</li>
<li>Professional demeanor with the ability to work independently and as part of a clinical team.</li></ul>

Key Responsibilities 

Client Relationship Management:

<li>Serve as the primary contact for assigned facility clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.</li>
<li>Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders at SNFs, clinics, and other healthcare organizations.
</li><li>Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess staffing needs, resolve concerns, and identify growth opportunities.

Business Growth &amp; Account Expansion:

<li>Identify opportunities to expand services with existing clients and drive revenue growth.</li>

Operational &amp; Performance Management:

<li>Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and staffing requirements in CRM systems.

Qualifications &amp; Experience:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.</li>
<li>2-3 years of experience in account management, preferably in healthcare staffing or a related field.
</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and drive business growth.
</li><li>Knowledge of healthcare staffing industry trends, compliance, and workforce solutions.
</li><li>Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.</li></ul> 


Location Requirement

This position offers remote flexibility; however, candidates must reside within the state. Quarterly on-site visits to client locations are required to support our local healthcare partners and ensure timely, effective service.

Compensation
<ul>
<li>Base Salary: $60,000</li>
<li>On-Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000</li>
<li>Additional Benefits: All business-related mileage is fully reimbursed</li></ul>
