What You&rsquo;ll Do
<ul>
<li>Wound Care Leadership</li>
<li>Perform comprehensive assessments of acute and chronic wounds.</li>
<li>Develop and implement individualized, advanced treatment plans.</li>
<li>Apply advanced techniques such as debridement, skin grafting, and infection control.</li>
<li>Collaborative Care Coordination</li>
<li>Partner with on-site nursing and rehab teams to ensure seamless patient care.</li>
<li>Communicate treatment goals, progress, and adjustments across teams.</li>
<li>Facility-Based Mobility</li>
<li>Travel to multiple skilled nursing and post-acute facilities on a regular schedule.</li>
<li>Ensure timely, efficient delivery of wound care in every location you serve.</li></ul> 


What We&rsquo;re Looking For
<ul>
<li>Licensed Physician in good standing (state-specific).</li>
<li>Board Certified (Required).</li>
<li>1+ years&rsquo; experience in advanced wound care highly preferred.</li>
<li>Certification in wound care (CWSP, CWS, WCC, WOCN, CWOCN) is a plus.</li>
<li>Must have reliable transportation and a passion for field-based care.</li></ul>
