<div>Junior Cosmetic Nurse
Open to: LPN, RN, APRN | Candidates may have prior aesthetic experience or be transitioning into the field
Role Overview 
Provide nursing support in a medical aesthetics environment. Perform non-invasive treatments such as facials, chemical peels, laser therapies, and other skin care procedures. Assist patients with preparation and post-treatment care. Support RNs and APRNs during advanced procedures as needed. Maintain a safe, organized, and professional workspace. APRNs may supervise junior staff and perform certified advanced procedures. Accurately document all treatments.
Qualifications 
Active LPN, RN, or APRN license | Strong clinical skills and focus on patient safety | Willingness to learn and grow in medical aesthetics | Certification in medical aesthetics is a plus but not required
Compensation 
LPN: $19&ndash;$23 per hour
 
APRN/RN: $21&ndash;$25 per hour
 
Competitive rate based on experience and performance | W9 1099 (self-tax responsibility) | Potential W2 conversion based on performance

The Nurse Clinician will be responsible for delivering professional skincare and non-invasive aesthetic treatments to clients seeking high-quality rejuvenation services. This role focuses on blending clinical care with personalized beauty treatments.
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Core Duties</h3>
<ul><li>Perform routine and advanced facial therapies depending on license level
</li><li>Support injectable services if certified (RN/APRN)
</li><li>Explain treatment steps, expected outcomes, and aftercare
</li><li>Maintain client charts and comply with treatment protocols
</li><li>Monitor client comfort and safety during all services
</li><li>Ensure proper sanitation and room preparation before each appointment
</li><li>Participate in ongoing education and hands-on skills training
</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Ideal Candidate</h3>
<ul><li>Licensed Junior Nurse, LPN, RN, or APRN
</li><li>Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
</li><li>Comfortable working in a medical spa environment
</li><li>Experience in aesthetics preferred but not required
