What You&rsquo;ll Do (and Why It Matters)
Turn Information into Impact<ul><li>
Review source documents and transcribe data with precision into electronic data capture systems</li><li>
Resolve data queries within applicable timelines.</li><li>
Keep critical study records organized, complete, and inspection-ready</li></ul>
Champion Data Quality<ul><li>
Perform QC reviews to catch discrepancies before they become risks.</li><li>
Identify missing, inconsistent, or incorrect data and follow through on the resolution of discrepancies</li><li>
Help uphold the standards that regulators, sponsors, and patients rely on</li></ul>
Protect the Integrity of Research<ul><li>
Support compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and study protocols</li><li>
Maintain confidentiality of patient information and sensitive data.</li><li>
Assist with audit readiness</li><li>
Play a key role in ensuring data is accurate, complete, and audit-ready</li></ul>
Collaborate with Purpose<ul><li>
Engage and communicate with clinic teams, sponsors, and other pharmaceutical professionals in a collaborative and courteous manner.</li><li>
Work with monitors during on-site visits, supporting source review, data clarification, and query resolution.</li><li>

Requirements: 
What You Bring
Required:<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>
Knowledge and prior work history involving medical terminology, medical conditions, and an understanding of medications.</li><li>
1+ years of experience in data entry, quality control, or administrative support</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office</li><li>
Excellent organizational and time management skills</li></ul>
