Job Title: Sales &amp; Customer Support ExecutiveLocation: Andheri East, Mumbai CTC: &#8377;2.5&ndash;3 LPA (in-hand) Type: Full-time (Work from Office)About the RoleWe&rsquo;re looking for a proactive and organized Sales Executive to handle daily customer interactions, manage client orders, and support B2B and retail sales requests. You&rsquo;ll be the first point of contact for customers&mdash;helping them with queries, arranging bookings, and coordinating smooth deliveries.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Handle daily customer calls, WhatsApp, and chat support for order-related queries.</li><li>Arrange and manage client orders end-to-end &mdash; from inquiry to delivery confirmation.</li><li>Process B2B rental requests for events, corporate setups, or bulk orders.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams (inventory, delivery, finance) for order fulfillment and tracking.</li><li>Maintain Excel or CRM records of client interactions, order details, and follow-ups.</li><li>Support repeat customers and partnerships by ensuring prompt responses and service satisfaction.</li><li>Collect feedback and assist in improving overall customer experience.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent.</li><li>0&ndash;2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or operations.</li><li>Strong communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Comfortable using Excel, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools.</li><li>A positive, problem-solving attitude and sense of ownership.</li></ul>Perks<ul><li>Work in a fast-growing tech-rental company redefining &ldquo;access over ownership.&rdquo;</li><li>Exposure to both B2C and B2B sales processes.</li><li>Growth opportunities across client management and business development.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;28,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
