The organization provides a dynamic work environment that encourages growth and development, contributing to its continued expansion worldwide.Role DescriptionRecruitment &amp; Onboarding<ul><li>Assist with the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling.</li><li>Complete all onboarding formalities for new employees, including documentation, induction, and system registration.</li><li>Prepare employment offer letters and ensure all paperwork for new hires is properly completed.</li></ul>Employee Departure &amp; Final Settlement<ul><li>Manage the offboarding process for departing employees, ensuring smooth completion of exit formalities.</li><li>Prepare final settlements, including leave encashment, leave salary, and ticket/ticket encashment as per company policy.</li><li>Handle the processing of end-of-service benefits and ensure all dues are settled accurately and on time.</li></ul>Payroll &amp; Benefits Administration<ul><li>Submit monthly payroll data such as Leave Requests, deductions etc...</li><li>Manage annual insurance renewals</li><li>Register new employees under the Banking account</li></ul>Visa &amp; Legal Documentation<ul><li>Handle visa processing for new hires and renewals.</li><li>Coordinate visa medicals, Tawjeeh training, and OHC for both new applications and renewals.</li><li>Apply for PCO exams through the Dubai Municipality portal and renew PCO cards for technicians and Technical Inspectors.</li><li>Arrange ADQCC exams for new technicians and TIs in Abu Dhabi.</li></ul>HR Administration &amp; Employee Support<ul><li>Maintain and regularly update of all the processes</li><li>Provide support to employees and managers on all HR-related matters and initiatives.</li><li>Assist in handling employee requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and professionally.</li><li>Prepare various HR letters and documents, including salary certificates, NOCs, embassy letters, driving license letters, and other employee requests.</li></ul>Culture &amp; Employee Engagement<ul><li>Support and assist in HR initiatives that promote a positive work environment.</li><li>Actively contribute to employee engagement committees and corporate initiatives aimed at enhancing team spirit and workplace positivity</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Positive Character</li><li>2-3 years expertise in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies.</li><li>Proficiency in Employee Relations and ability to foster a positive and compliant work environment.</li><li>Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.</li><li>A bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements in the UAE is an advantage.</li><li>Arabic Speaker is a plus</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
