About the Role:<ul><li>
The Executive /Senior Executive is responsible for managing warehouse inventory, coordinating dispatches and logistics, optimising stock movement, and ensuring timely reporting through accurate MIS.</li><li>
The incumbent will report to the Assistant General Manager. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team, and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.</li></ul>
Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Maintain warehouse inventory within defined stock limits.</li><li>
Review branch indents and ensure timely dispatch of items, updating branches on order status.</li><li>
Coordinate with logistics and warehousing teams for smooth material flow (incoming and outgoing).</li><li>
Identify non-moving inventory at branches and facilitate liquidation through other branches.</li><li>
Prepare and publish monthly MIS reports on indents versus dispatches.</li></ul>

Educational Qualification / Other Requirement:<ul><li>

Good verbal &amp; written communication skills.</li><li>
Knowledge of Procurement and warehouse management activities, and basic Working on ERP/Navision</li><li>
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat is preferred.</li></ul>
