Renton Highlands Pet Clinic is looking for a friendly, outgoing veterinary receptionist to join our amazing team. We see patients by appointment only and are open 6 days a week so are able to offer flexible scheduling along with great benefits! Saturday shifts will be required for this position.Veterinary reception experience would be a bonus, but we are looking for someone outgoing and friendly who will make every client feel welcome when they walk through the doors. We are also looking for someone to elevate our online presence through the various social media platforms!If this sounds like you, keep reading to see more about the job and it's benefits!We pride ourselves on providing outstanding veterinary care to our patients and would like to add someone who compliments our fun and hard working team.Job responsibilities include:<ul><li>Providing excellent and expeditious client experience</li><li>Handling payments</li><li>Answering phone calls, which may involve answering questions, screening for service needs, and scheduling appointments</li><li>Handling incoming and outgoing mail and e-mail.</li><li>Documenting and maintaining client information, service data and other pertinent information within business operations software</li><li>Working with PAW plan enrollments and renewals</li><li>Obtaining Veterinary Medication Clerk certification if not already in possession</li></ul>Job Requirements include:<ul><li>Genuinely enjoys working with people and animals</li><li>Comfortable with dealing with stressful situations and handling them in a professional manner</li><li>Able to comfortably use POS software systems</li><li>Is experienced in the teamwork approach and works well with all levels of hospital team members</li><li>Saturdays required</li></ul>Pay: From $21.57 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Tuition reimbursement</li><li>Uniform allowance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Are you available on Saturdays</li></ul>Work Location: In person
