Location: East Side of Columbus, OHJob Type: Full-Time (In-Office)We are seeking a creative and motivated Digital Marketing &amp; Web Specialist to manage and grow the online presence of a small business with a diverse portfolio including construction and development, apartment communities, commercial properties, restaurants, and sports and entertainment facilities. This role will be responsible for website design and management, digital marketing, and social media content across multiple business divisions.This position is fully in-office and requires availability Monday&ndash;Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with additional hours as needed for projects, events, or marketing campaigns.Responsibilities<ul><li>Design, build, and maintain company and property websites</li><li>Update website content including listings, menus, events, and promotions</li><li>Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and optimized for performance</li><li>Implement basic SEO and monitor website analytics</li><li>Assist with digital marketing campaigns and promotions</li><li>Support marketing efforts for properties, restaurants, and events</li><li>Manage email marketing and online promotions</li><li>Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)</li><li>Create and schedule engaging content including photos, graphics, and videos</li><li>Monitor engagement and respond to comments or messages when needed</li><li>Create marketing graphics and promotional materials</li><li>Maintain consistent branding across websites and social platforms</li><li>Assist with photography or visual content for marketing purposes</li><li>Work independently as well as cooperatively with the team to meet deadlines, and schedule project implementation based on workload, which may include three or more simultaneous projects</li><li>Be willing to take the initiative and lead projects</li></ul>Qualifications and Experience (preferred)<ul><li>Experience in digital marketing, web design, or a related field</li><li>Experience managing websites (WordPress, Webflow, or similar platforms)</li><li>Familiarity with social media management for businesses</li><li>Basic knowledge of SEO and website analytics</li><li>Strong time- and project management skills to juggle multiple deadlines and quick turnarounds with the flexibility to both self-manage and work as part of a team within a dynamic environment</li><li>Photography or video editing experience</li><li>Experience with online advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads)</li><li>Experience with design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Wordpress and Indesign</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills; the ability to develop compelling, persuasive, and memorable content and communications.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>This job requires you to be in or near Columbus, OH.
