About the Role</h3>
We&rsquo;re seeking a driven Medical Device Sales Territory Manager to expand adoption of cutting-edge surgical technologies across hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs). This role is ideal for a sales professional with a strong background in the operating room (OR), sterile processing (SPD), orthopedics, or surgical devices who is ready to accelerate their career with uncapped earning potential.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>
Drive new business development and grow existing accounts within your territory.</li><li>
Build lasting relationships with surgeons, OR/SPD staff, and hospital administrators.</li><li>
Provide clinical support, product training, and in-servicing to medical staff.</li><li>
Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and local events.</li><li>
Effectively manage pipeline, forecast sales, and report activity using CRM tools.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Qualifications</h3><ul><li>
2&ndash;5 years of medical device sales experience (orthopedics, spine, surgical equipment, or SPD solutions preferred).</li><li>
Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.</li><li>
Strong clinical knowledge and ability to educate healthcare professionals in the OR.</li><li>
Ability to travel 50&ndash;70% within your assigned territory.</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred (or equivalent medical sales experience).</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
