Driving new account acquisition and expanding existing business</li><li>
Leading evaluations, trials, and conversions</li><li>
Managing your pipeline and territory strategy with independence</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Must have:</h3><ul><li>
At least 3+ years of medical device sales experience</li><li>
Direct OR case coverage experience</li><li>
Experience selling into hospitals, ASCs, and complex clinical environments</li><li>
Consistent quota achievement and new business wins</li><li>
Comfortable with early mornings, fast-paced surgical schedules, and clinical environments</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree</li><li>
