About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Content Designer / Multimedia Designer with hands-on experience in both graphic design and video production. The ideal candidate should be comfortable creating content in multiple languages and adapting designs as per brand requirements for diverse markets.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design engaging social media graphics, ads, banners, posters, thumbnails, and branding assets</li><li>Create and edit videos for campaigns, social media, product launches, and promotional content</li><li>Produce motion graphics/animations where needed (added advantage)</li><li>Ensure brand consistency across all visual content</li><li>Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and convert them into compelling visual communication</li><li>Adapt creative content for multiple languages, layouts, and target audiences</li><li>Follow timelines and manage multiple design projects simultaneously</li><li>Stay updated with trends in digital design, reels, editing styles, and branding</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic design + video editing</li><li>Proficiency in:</li><li>Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator / Figma or similar tools</li><li>Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci or similar video editing tools</li><li>After Effects or motion graphics tools (bonus)</li><li>Strong understanding of visual storytelling and brand identity</li><li>Ability to create content for multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)</li><li>Comfortable working with content in multiple languages (you don&rsquo;t have to speak them&mdash;just design based on provided text)</li><li>Good communication and collaboration skills</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Experience in social media creatives for campaigns</li><li>Understanding of marketing &amp; audience psychology</li><li>Creative thinking with a problem-solving approach</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>graphic and visual graphics : 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
