Our team is young in energy, fast in execution, and focused on building something real for the long term.We are looking for people who want to learn quickly, take responsibility early, and grow together with the team.Job SummaryWe are looking for a Junior Operations Associate / E-Commerce &amp; Social Media Operations Coordinator to support daily operations, workflow coordination, e-commerce execution, and social media account management.This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, calm under pressure, and interested in learning how a growing business really runs. It is also a strong fit for someone who understands online content, is comfortable with digital tools, and can help manage both product operations and social media execution.Responsibilities<ul><li>Support daily e-commerce and business operations</li><li>Help manage product listings, order tracking, inventory coordination, and workflow follow-up</li><li>Manage and update product listings across sales channels</li><li>Assist with basic store maintenance and listing optimization</li><li>Support company social media account operations, including posting coordination, content scheduling, basic account management, and performance follow-up</li><li>Work with the team on social media content planning, execution, and growth support</li><li>Communicate with internal teams, warehouse contacts, vendors, and external partners</li><li>Track operational progress and help solve issues quickly</li><li>Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and internal documents in an organized way</li><li>Support coordination between sales, operations, and marketing teams</li><li>Assist with launch preparation, campaign support, and process improvement</li><li>Use AI tools to improve operational efficiency, assist with content support, organize information, and streamline workflows</li><li>Handle other operational and administrative tasks as assigned</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Responsible, efficient, and able to manage multiple tasks</li><li>Good communication and problem-solving ability</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment</li><li>Comfortable using AI tools, or able to learn new AI tools quickly and independently</li><li>Strong learning ability and flexible thinking</li><li>Familiar with Excel, Google Sheets, or Microsoft Office</li><li>Experience in operations, admin, logistics, e-commerce, social media, or coordination is a plus, but not required</li><li>Interest in social media operations, digital content, and online business is strongly preferred</li><li>No college degree is required</li><li>Recent high school graduates, early-career candidates, and recent graduates are welcome to apply</li><li>Bilingual in English and Chinese is a plus, but not required</li></ul>Who This Role Is Great For<ul><li>Someone who wants to build practical business skills</li><li>Someone who is reliable, execution-focused, and willing to learn</li><li>Someone who is interested in both e-commerce operations and social media work</li><li>Someone looking for a real growth path instead of just a routine job</li><li>Someone who wants to grow with a small but ambitious team</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive entry-level pay</li><li>Hands-on training</li><li>Direct exposure to real operations, content workflows, and business systems</li><li>Long-term development opportunity as the company grows</li></ul>ApplyPlease send your resume and a short introduction about your background and why this role interests you.Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hourWork Location: In person
