As a Support Specialist you are at the forefront of helping those developers create. On a given day, you&rsquo;ll help our customers navigate billing questions, manage their accounts, and get the most out of Replit. You'll be the voice of our users, bubbling up patterns and feedback to Replit's Product and Engineering teams so we can keep improving. 
 
We use tools like Zendesk, Linear, Slack, Stripe, Orb and Replit itself to get the job done. 
 
You will work on a small, global team of support specialists and engineers united by Replit's mission to make the next billion software creators. Together, you'll ensure developers worldwide have the support they need to bring their ideas to life.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"> 
In this role you will&hellip;</h2><ul><li>
Work directly with Replit customers via support tickets to solve account, billing, and product issues, while meeting daily ticket volume and resolution time targets</li><li>
Collaborate with the rest of the Support team in telling the story of our users to the rest of Replit</li><li>
Directly contribute to and maintain the Support&rsquo;s Team's Knowledge Base</li><li>
Partner with Engineering and other internal teams to resolve complex billing escalations</li><li>
Help shape and refine support processes as the team and product continue to grow</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Required skills and experience:</h2><ul><li>
4+ years of customer support experience</li><li>
Experience with support platforms (Zendesk), payment systems (Stripe, Orb), and ticketing workflows</li><li>
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to asking questions and resolving ambiguity</li><li>
Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-volume support environments</li><li>
Strong time management and ticket triage skills</li><li>
Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment</li><li>
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Nice to have:</h2><ul><li>
Background in B2B SaaS customer success or support</li><li>
Has used Replit in the last 3 to 6 months.</li><li>
Experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.)</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">

This is a full-time role that can be held from our NYC office. The role has an in-office requirement on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with a start time between 8am and 10am depending on business needs.

Role Overview</h2>
We&rsquo;re looking for a Social Content Creator to own and execute VibeCon&rsquo;s social presence from now through the event in June. Your mission: make VibeCon feel culturally unavoidable and sell out the event through content.
You&rsquo;ll operate as a highly autonomous, taste-driven creator, someone who can both set the creative direction and execute daily.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">

Social Content Creator — VibeCon (Contract)

Replit is looking for an Influencer Relations Coordinator to support and scale our creator and influencer ecosystem. 
 
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who understands internet culture, creators, and how content spreads. You&rsquo;ll work closely with the Creator Lead to run the day-to-day operations of the influencer program, from sourcing talent to coordinating partnerships and supporting content execution.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
What You&rsquo;ll Do</h2><ul><li>
Source and identify creators, influencers, and online communities aligned with Replit</li><li>
Support outreach and communication with creators (email, DMs, ongoing relationship management)</li><li>
Coordinate influencer partnerships end-to-end (briefing, timelines, deliverables, follow-ups)</li><li>
Review content for quality, accuracy, and brand alignment</li><li>
Track deliverables, timelines, and campaign logistics across multiple creators</li><li>
Support negotiations and partnership logistics (rates, scope, usage rights, etc.)</li><li>
Maintain internal systems (creator lists, tracking docs, status updates)</li><li>
Help keep the creator program organized, on schedule, and running smoothly</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">

What We&rsquo;re Looking For</h2><ul><li>
2+ years of experience in marketing, influencer/creator partnerships, talent, or social media</li><li>
Strong understanding of internet culture and creator ecosystems (TikTok, YouTube, X, Instagram, etc.)</li><li>
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces</li><li>
Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
Comfortable coordinating externally with creators and internally with teams</li><li>
Good judgment on content quality and brand alignment</li><li>
Self-starter who can operate independently and learn quickly</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"> 
Nice to Have</h2><ul><li>
Experience working directly with influencers or managing partnerships</li><li>
Familiarity with contracts, rates, and basic negotiation</li><li>
Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment</li><li>
