Job RoleWe are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Agent who can bring new carriers and trucking companies onboard for our dispatch and factoring services.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prospect and reach out to Owner-Operators, New MCs, Small Fleets in the US.</li><li>Present and promote our Dispatching and Factoring Setup solutions.</li><li>Follow up with leads through calls, email, WhatsApp, or LinkedIn.</li><li>Maintain a clear pipeline and provide regular reporting.</li><li>Guide carriers through onboarding documents and initial account setup.</li><li>Build long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Experience in US Trucking Sales, Dispatching, Freight Brokerage, or Factoring (preferred).</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet monthly targets.</li><li>Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-ups.</li><li>Prior B2B sales or logistics background is a big plus.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>High Commission Structure</li><li>Commission on each carrier closed.</li><li>Recurring monthly commission on active trucks (long-term earning).</li><li>Training on our services, pricing, and scripts.</li><li>Full back-office support once carrier is onboard.</li><li>Long-term career growth opportunities.</li></ul>Ideal For<ul><li>Sales professionals with trucking experience</li><li>Dispatchers wanting to expand their income</li><li>Freight agents / logistics marketers</li><li>Individuals skilled in lead generation for trucking companies</li></ul>How to ApplySend your CV or introduction message including:<ul><li>Your experience in trucking/logistics</li><li>Your expected commission structure</li><li>Your availability to start</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Contract Contract length: 12 monthsPay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
