The ideal candidate will confidently manage front-of-house operations, from preparing premium beverages to coordinating customer orders and managing stock. This is a hands-on, all-in-one role that requires multitasking, leadership, and strong customer interaction skills in a non-dining, takeaway environment.Key Responsibilities: Barista Operations<ul><li>Prepare a full range of espresso-based and specialty coffee drinks with consistency and speed.</li><li>Maintain coffee bar cleanliness, follow hygiene and safety protocols.</li><li>Calibrate and clean coffee equipment daily.</li><li>Train junior baristas when necessary.</li></ul>Cashiering<ul><li>Operate the POS system for accurate order entry and payment collection.</li><li>Handle all cash, card, and digital transactions efficiently.</li><li>Ensure correct billing, process refunds, and handle reconciliation at shift end.</li></ul>Inventory Management<ul><li>Monitor daily usage of coffee beans, milk, takeaway supplies, and consumables.</li><li>Track low-stock items and communicate restocking needs.</li><li>Maintain clean and organized storage areas and follow FIFO standards.</li></ul>Customer Coordination<ul><li>Welcome and interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.</li><li>Coordinate takeaway orders for walk-in and phone-in customers, ensuring order accuracy and timing.</li><li>Handle customer complaints or requests tactfully and professionally.</li><li>Keep customers informed about new products, offers, and seasonal specials.</li></ul>Waitress (Takeaway Service Role)<ul><li>Serve customers promptly at the counter and hand over orders efficiently.</li><li>Pack and label items properly for takeaway.</li><li>Ensure all orders are complete and meet brand quality before handover.</li><li>Keep service counters neat, well-stocked, and organized throughout the day.</li><li>Provide upselling suggestions and answer customer inquiries confidently.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Female candidate only (due to internal staffing &amp; accommodation structure)</li><li>Minimum 4&ndash;6 years of relevant experience across:</li><li>Specialty Coffee/Barista operations</li><li>Cashiering and customer interaction</li><li>Inventory tracking and takeaway service</li><li>Knowledge of POS systems and basic stock management</li><li>Strong English communication (Arabic or other languages are a plus)</li><li>Presentable, well-mannered, and capable of multitasking under pressure</li><li>Valid Qatari Work Permit or transferable visa is required</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Be part of a fast-growing, well-respected Qatari coffee brand</li><li>Work in a dynamic, structured, and supportive environment</li><li>Take on a key front-facing role with room to grow professionally</li></ul>Important Note:We do not charge candidates for job applications.
