Job descriptionJob Title: Sr.Manager &ndash; WarehouseExperience: - 15 yrs and aboveWork Experience: Should have worked in Manufacturing/ Garment Industry.Location: TirupurQualification: Any Graduate with specializing in Supply Chain &amp; logisticsJob Summary:<ul><li>Ensure Supply rate of 99 % by undertaking various activities.</li><li>Maintain receiving, warehouse, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program and procedures.</li><li>Complies with state and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements</li><li>Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts, reconciling with data storage system.</li><li>Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement</li><li>Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results.</li><li>Complies for on time dispatch on all orders</li><li>Complies for 100 % error free dispatch of all orders</li><li>Rich experience in 5s, Lean implementation, process improvement &amp; cost savings.</li><li>Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.</li><li>Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring and appraising job results.</li><li>Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.</li><li>Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.</li><li>Rich experience in Warehouse automation projects.</li></ul>Key Skills:<ul><li>SAP working knowledge in System</li><li>Supply Chain</li><li>Manpower management</li><li>Supervision &amp; Coordination</li><li>Planning</li><li>Time Management</li><li>Inventory control</li><li>5' S</li><li>Lean System implementation</li></ul>Languages: - English, Tamil, Hindi (Preferable)CTC- Best in industryJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;1,200,000.00 - &#8377;1,500,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
