<div><b>Position Overview</b></div>
<div>The Summer Intern will work closely with assigned departments to support ongoing projects, conduct research, and gain practical experience in their field of study. This internship is designed to provide exposure to real-world business challenges and foster professional development, in alignment with both organizational objectives and the intern&rsquo;s learning goals.</div>
<div><b>Key Responsibilities</b></div>
<ul><li>Assist with day-to-day tasks in the assigned department.</li>
<li>Conduct research and data analysis to support ongoing projects.</li>
<li>Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas.</li>
<li>Complete assigned tasks and projects within deadlines.</li>
<li>Prepare and deliver presentations on work and findings.</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members and other interns on cross-functional projects.</li>
<li>Shadow staff in various departments to gain a broad understanding of company operations.</li>
<li>Support event planning and coordination as needed.</li>
<li>Learn and become proficient in internal software systems.</li>
<li>Maintain documentation and reports related to internship activities.</li>
<li>Presentation to leadership team at the conclusion for the internship.</li>

Supply Chain Intern

<div><b>Reports To:</b> Director of Procurement</div>
<div></div><div><b>Position Overview</b></div>
<div>The Procurement Intern will support the Supply Chain team in sourcing, supplier management, and cost optimization initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in procurement processes, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.</div>
<div></div><div><b>Key Responsibilities</b></div>
<ul><li>Assist in supplier research, qualification, and onboarding.</li>
<li>Support RFQ (Request for Quotation) and RFP (Request for Proposal) processes, including data collection and bid analysis.</li>
<li>Analyze spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and support ongoing projects.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with procurement policies and timelines.</li>
<li>Prepare reports and presentations for procurement meetings and cost-saving forums.</li>
</ul><div><b>Learning Opportunities</b></div>
<ul><li>Gain exposure to strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations.</li>

<ul><li>Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Economics with a GPA of 3.2 or higher.</li>

<li>Strong academic record in a relevant field of study.</li>
<li>Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.</li>
<li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
