<p><b>
ADMINISTRATION:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>General office management &amp; administration</li>
<li>Arrange and manage official events</li>
<li>Schedule and coordinate meetings &amp; appointments</li>
<li>Employees attendance record keeping</li>
<li>Repair &amp; maintenance of office space and office equipment</li>
<li>Maintain record of company's assets issued to staff (computers, furniture, devices, etc.)</li>
<li>Use safety precautions in all housekeeping services</li>
<li>Supervise and delegate tasks to office support staff (drivers, office boy, janitors, guards etc.) and ensure their tasks are completed timely</li>
<li>Ensure timely submission of utility bills, Consumptions reports.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>PROCUREMENT:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage general office procurement (vendor management, issuing Request for Quotations, receiving quotations, and preparing bid analysis</li>
<li>Purchase and maintain office supplies, kitchen supplies &amp; stationery for all departments</li>
<li>Maintain record of company's assets issued to staff (computers, furniture, devices, etc.)</li>
</ul>
<div><b>BOARDING &amp; LODGING:</b><div></div><div>Home Furnishings</div></div>
<ul>
<li>Make the travel, boarding &amp; lodging arrangements for employees (hotel booking, air ticketing, car rentals, travel modifications etc.)</li>
<li>Maintain proper record of employees travel authorization forms</li>
<li>Process documents and visas application for the employees travelling for international projects</li>
<li>Welcome company&rsquo;s guests and make necessary arrangement for their stay and travel</li>
<li>Plan arrangements for protocol at airports</li>
<li>Maintain vehicle logbook for office car</li>
</ul>
<p><b>A. Essential Qualification, Experience &amp; Skills Requirement:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business administration, or related field.</li>
<li>Writing experience or familiarity with certain interests or a specific field.</li>
<li>Willingness to learn about the development sector and its practices.</li>
<li>Exceptional writing, research, and communication skills.</li>
<li>Creativity and adaptability.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of the target audience and industry trends.</li>
<li>Proficiency with computers, especially content management software, social media platforms and MS Office.</li>
<li>Ability to sit and type for extended periods.</li>
</ul>
