Job Title: Social Media ExecutiveLocation: Head office, TurbheDepartment: MarketingKey ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management● Manage and oversee daily operations of all social media handles (Instagram, Facebook,LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.)● Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos,carousels)● Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across platforms● Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; respond in a timely and professionalmanner● Stay updated on platform trends, algorithms, and best practicesInfluencer Marketing● Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers and creators● Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns (briefing, coordination, execution, reporting)● Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and collaborations● Track influencer performance and ROI.Content Strategy &amp;amp; Campaigns● Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals● Conceptualize and execute organic and paid social media campaigns● Collaborate with design, video, and content teams for high-quality creatives● Support product launches, announcements, events, and PR activities through socialmediaAnalytics &amp;amp; Reporting● Track and analyze social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth,conversions)● Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and insights● Optimize strategies based on data and audience behaviorCommunity &amp;amp; Brand Building● Build and nurture an engaged online community● Monitor brand sentiment and feedback● Coordinate with internal teams to address customer queries or issues surfaced via socialmediaRequired Skills &amp;amp; Qualifications● Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (preferred)● Experience in managing social media accounts for brands or organizations● Hands-on experience with influencer marketing and collaborations● Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools● Excellent written and verbal communication skills● Creative mindset with an eye for content and storytelling● Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite,Sprout, etc.)Preferred Skills● Experience in healthcare, wellness, research, or consumer brands● Basic understanding of paid ads and performance marketing● Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines● Video/content ideation experience for reels and short-form platformsApplication - CV for Social Media ExecutiveContact - 9819018298 - DharaJob Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, InternshipPay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
