Description:
The CUNY SPS Office of Innovative Learning Solutions (ILS) seeks an experienced and detail-oriented learning and development professional to join our training team in the role of Program Director. This role will be an integral part of the Energy Training team that manages the design, development, delivery, and administration of relevant learning programs on behalf of the Department of Citywide Administrative Services&rsquo; (DCAS) Division of Energy Management. This program prepares City facilities personnel to make energy-smart decisions that assist the City of New York in meeting its greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reduction goals. The program is designed to help facility professionals across City agencies envision and complete a learning path specifically targeted to their professional and personnel development goals.
The Program Director, Energy Training has an integral role in ensuring the overall effective operation of the Training Operations and Program Effectiveness workstreams.
The role leads a training team that includes a Senior Program Manager, Training Operations, and a Senior Program Manager, Program Effectiveness. These roles are supported by two Learning and Development Program Specialists, a Program Coordinator, a Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator, and a Lead Data Program Analyst. The Program Director, Energy Training also supports special projects and workgroups within CUNY SPS ILS. 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Senior Program Director, Office of Innovative Learning Solutions, the Program Director will oversee the seven members of the Energy Training Team and:
<ul><li>Provide leadership and vision to the staff involved in the delivery of a portfolio of instructor-led, hybrid, and virtual courses, webinars, and self-directed training to a diverse technical and non-technical audience that includes Building Operators, Engineers, Energy Managers, Facility Managers, Electricians, and other agency energy personnel.
</li><li>Develop, liaise with, and manage program sponsor and related stakeholder relationships and partnerships.
</li><li>Supervise two direct reports: the Sr. Program Manager Training Operations (with four staff members) and the Sr. Program Manager, Program Effectiveness (with one staff member).
</li><li>Consult with client organizations on employee performance factors and support the design of learning interventions to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
</li><li>Lead programmatic administration activities inclusive of budget management, procurement, personnel management, and other operational responsibilities related to overseeing grant-funded programs
</li><li>Identify opportunities for process improvements and maintain documentation on standard operating procedures for all programmatic activities.
</li><li>Initiate and/or support vendor partnerships for instructional design and training delivery projects.
</li><li>Monitor advances in the field of Adult Learning to identify practical applications that impact the learning process, inclusive of developing and implementing new strategies that enhance employee behavior change back on the job and improve outcomes in the workplace.
</li><li>Ensure programmatic compliance with ANSI/IACET standards. Oversee the overall administration of the CE/T program to ensure the effective operation of the Training Operations and Program Effectiveness workstreams, inclusive of strategic planning, stakeholder management, and fiscal administration.
</li><li>Oversee the management of training support systems that include a Learning Management System (LMS) and Student Information System.
</li><li>Oversee the building of staff capacity for training delivery through the recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of technical subject matter expert instructors and coaches.
</li><li>Oversee the vetting, contracting, and management of vendor partners and sub-contractors.
</li><li>Oversee marketing, logistics, and registration management for the portfolio of energy training courses.

</li></ul>Qualifications:
<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s Degree in adult learning, organizational development/learning, human resources management, or a related field.
</li><li>8-10 years of experience designing, developing, and/or delivering training to adult learners; at least 2 of which involve management of a training team.
</li><li>Demonstrated experience:
<ul><li>Managing stakeholder relationships, including internal/external clients, business or organizational partners.
</li><li>Recruiting, hiring, and supervising a diverse staff of learning professionals.
</li><li>Recruiting, hiring, and evaluating Subject Matter Expert (SME) trainers/learning coaches.
</li><li>Developing and managing complex project budgets.

The fast-growing Workforce Department, within the School of Continuing and Professional Studies at Lehman College, is seeking a Full-time Program Assistant to support our rapid growth in programs. The Workforce team is dedicated to changing workers&rsquo; lives by providing customized non-credit training they need to advance their careers in healthcare and other sectors. Contracting with labor unions, employers, hospitals, and community-based organizations requires the department to provide superior customer service and deliver excellent training and student outcomes. You will be joining a nimble team that serves over 300 students annually in over 20 custom programs. Reporting to the Program Manager, the Program Assistant is responsible for the administrative systems and processes that support daily program operations. The Program Assistant also works closely with other program assistants and full-time faculty, as well as the Director.
You must have a passion for student success, the ability to provide operational excellence in a fast-paced environment, and a desire for continuous improvement.
Schedule: In-Person at CUNY on the Concourse in-person 3 days and Remote 2 days a week to support programs (some evening/ weekend).
Responsibilities:

Seeking a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the Ph.D. Program in Mathematics at the CUNY Graduate Center. The Postdoctoral Research Associate will work independently in any area of mathematics where large-scale computation, simulation, or data-driven methods play an essential role. The postdoc will have access to Empire AI and will be expected to utilize its substantial computational power in their research. The postdoc will be expected to design algorithms that scale efficiently on GPU clusters, manage distributed computation and storage, and develop analysis pipelines that connect the resulting data back to rigorous mathematics. We are interested in proposals that push the limits of current computational practice in their area &ndash; whether through very large simulations, massive combinatorial or statistical searches, or the use of large generative models guided by mathematical structures.
The postdoc will be supported by the rich intellectual environment at the CUNY Graduate Center which includes Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, and the Initiative for Theoretical Sciences and is expected to engage with the broader mathematics community to enhance their research and professional development. Candidates are expected to prepare publications and conference talks. The start date is flexible but ideally will be
around September 1, 2026.

ISLG is recruiting up to 1 CUNY Law Student to work on a variety of projects, including projects focused on
<ul><li>Partnering with city agencies to implement a variety of policy initiatives and programming;

</li></ul>Specifically, we are seeking an intern to support the Legal Department on a range of legal and policy matters, including:
<ul><li>Assisting with drafting legal documents such as grantee contracts, data use agreements, amendments, and memoranda;
</li><li>Reviewing project-specific materials, including scopes of work, requests for work proposals and submissions, and other program materials;
</li><li>Participating in meetings and calls with internal teams and external partners about legal and policy matters;
</li><li>Supporting the Legal Department in reviewing and drafting policies and procedures, including data security policies; and

</li></ul>The core of this internship is creating community and peer-to-peer learning among ISLG interns; to foster community we will have bi-weekly in-person convening that will cover a range of topics such as relationship building, project management, participatory policy making, etc.
We are hiring interns to work at ISLG from May 26 to July 30, 2026. Interns will have a hybrid work schedule and report to a designated ISLG staff member. Interns will work on a range of tasks to support the projects listed above as well as others not listed here.
 
 
Qualifications
We would love to hear from you, if you are/have:
<ul><li>Currently enrolled in CUNY&rsquo;s Juris Doctor (JD) program with strong academic standing
</li><li>Ability to commit to a consistent schedule of approximately 35 hours per week for the internship period
</li><li>Ability to attend peer-to-peer credentialed in-person weekly sessions, currently anticipated to be scheduled on Wednesday&rsquo;s from 9:00am-11:00am
</li><li>Ability to work from the CUNY ISLG office in Manhattan on certain days, in coordination with the Legal team
</li><li>Personal, professional, or academic knowledge of any of the following fields/areas: public interest law, contract law, criminal legal reform, police reform, data-driven research and evaluation, peer leadership development, restorative justice, gender-based violence, community engagement, youth development, and violence intervention

CUNY&rsquo;s Office of Library Services (OLS) seeks a highly motivated, thoughtful, and detail-oriented individual to serve as our Digital Resources Associate Archivist on the Cultivating Archives and Institutional Memory Project, funded by the Mellon Foundation. The individual in this role will support the discoverability and use of CUNY&rsquo;s archival collections online, in the classroom, and in public settings through collaboration with CUNY archivists and faculty. They will play a crucial technical role in the ongoing deployment of JSTOR across CUNY campuses and research centers. They may also digitize archival collections, as well as support and shape archival outreach efforts across the CUNY system.
The Digital Resources Associate Archivist will report directly to CUNY&rsquo;s Digital Archivist and work two days/week out of the Office of Library Services&rsquo; offices at 555 W. 57th Street in Manhattan. This is a benefits-eligible, part-time position, working 20 hours per week.

The City University Construction Fund (CUCF) is a New York State public benefit corporation that manages the $3 billion capital construction program for the design and construction of space required to support the educational mandate of the City University of New York (CUNY).
Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
</li><li>Perform invoice and General Ledger data entry
</li><li>Monitor disbursements by running monthly reports from the Statewide Financial System (SFS) and New York City Financial Management System (FMS)
</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned
</li></ul>Qualifications and Core Competencies:
<ul><li>Enrolled in an accredited college with at least 45 credits towards a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree.
</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
</li><li>Excellent writing, interpersonal, customer service, and presentation skills
</li><li>Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and changing needs and priorities
</li><li>Detailed-oriented, well-organized, and the ability to multi-task; meet deadlines and work independently
