For our global industrial client, we are seeking a Regional Export Sales Manager who will report directly to the Export Sales Manager. The role is based in Kocaeli and requires full-time on-site presence (5 days a week).Job Description:<ul><li>Develop and negotiate overseas sales development plans (marketing, potential analysis)</li><li>Track new product development in target sectors and manage sales projects and product development processes</li><li>Prepare sales forecast budgets in target sectors and generate turnover based on targets</li><li>Plan and conduct customer visits, analyzing customers accordingly</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with customers</li><li>Manage and monitor marketing activities in target sectors</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>University degree</li><li>Advanced level of English and French, both written and spoken (is a must)</li><li>3+ years of experience in B2B Sales</li><li>Experience in the packaging/manufacturing industry (preferred)</li><li>Customer and result-oriented with strong problem-solving skills</li><li>Excellent communication and relationship-building skills</li><li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment</li><li>Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office 365</li><li>No travel restrictions</li></ul>&#304;&#351; T&uuml;r&uuml;: Tam zamanl&#305;
