We're Expanding Our Team - Seeking Experienced Leasing Consultants:

Looking for a career pivot from high-end retail or restaurants into property management? We're inviting individuals with 1-3 years of leasing, sales, or customer service experience to join us as Leasing Consultants. This role is more than leasing; it's about becoming a key part of our community, ensuring our residents have a place they're proud to call home.

Your New Role:

<li>Full Training Provided: Receive comprehensive training on our platforms, plus all necessary laws and regulations to ensure you're set up for success.</li>
<li>Leasing Excellence: Lease apartments in accordance with our high standards and all applicable laws.</li>
<li>Engagement Expert: Serve as the primary contact for inquiries, managing communications efficiently to offer the best customer experience.</li>
<li>Market Savvy: Stay informed on market trends, contribute to marketing strategies, and enhance resident satisfaction with innovative ideas.</li>
<li>Community Builder: Help organize and participate in events that strengthen our community bonds.</li>
</ul>
Who We're Looking For:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or GED, with 1-3 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, leasing, sales, or customer-centric roles.</li>
<li>Strong communicator with a knack for sales, aiming to meet or exceed targets.</li>
<li>High ambition and high energy.</li>
<li>Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking effectively.</li>
<li>A team player who takes pride in their work but can also operate independently.</li>
<li>Tech-savvy and comfortable with Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management systems like Yardi.</li>
</ul>
Work Schedule and Location:
<ul>
<li>Onsite Position: This role requires your presence on-site, offering a consistent schedule with two consecutive days off for a healthy work-life balance.</li>
<li>Weekend Availability: Candidates must be open to working weekends, essential for meeting our community's needs.</li></ul>
