What You&rsquo;ll Do as Front Desk Agent<ul>
<li>
Warm Welcome: Greet, register, issue room keys, and assist guests with inquiries to ensure an exceptional arrival and departure experience.</li>
<li>Guest Service: Answer and transfer calls promptly and politely, ensuring the highest level of customer service.</li>
<li>Attention to Detail: Monitor lobby and guest areas for cleanliness, maintain accurate front desk records, complete required reports, and process purchase requisitions and invoices.</li>
<li>Positive Energy: Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude and bring a fun, energetic spirit to the team as we work hard and have fun together!</li>
<li>Problem Solving: Listen effectively to understand and resolve guest concerns quickly, both face-to-face and on the phone.</li>

What You&rsquo;ll Bring<ul>

Education &amp; Experience: High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or 2 years of related experience or training preferred.</li>
<li>Skills: Strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, multitasking, and time management.</li>
<li>Technical Abilities: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems is a plus.</li>
<li>Personality: Positive, upbeat attitude with excellent listening and communication skills.</li>
