Now, we&rsquo;re looking for an Interior Designer who can double as the face of the brand &mdash; someone who can design for our VIP clients and host content like an Architectural Digest walkthrough.If you&rsquo;ve ever been told you should have your own design show, this is your role.What You&rsquo;ll DoBe the Face of Residence Supply<ul><li>Host video shoots in the style of AD Home Tours or Studio McGee.</li><li>Bring personality, taste, and cultural fluency to our reels, campaigns, and showroom walkthroughs.</li></ul>Design Consultations for VIP Clients<ul><li>Lead private consultations with high-end homeowners, architects, and developers.</li><li>Use AutoCAD/SketchUp to integrate our handcrafted lighting into their projects.</li><li>Deliver lighting schedules, layouts, and design solutions that balance function + luxury.</li></ul>Outreach &amp; Networking<ul><li>Build relationships with interior designers, studios, and distributors.</li><li>Represent Residence Supply at local design events, trade shows, and mixers.</li><li>Be the connector that keeps our brand on the lips of every tastemaker in Miami.</li></ul>Creative Collaboration<ul><li>Work with our media team to produce premium, story-driven content.</li><li>Provide design insights that influence product launches and showroom curation.</li></ul>What You Bring<ul><li>Interior Design degree (or equivalent experience with a strong portfolio).</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (bonus: Adobe Suite for moodboards).</li><li>Confident, charismatic on-camera presence.</li><li>Taste level: high &mdash; you know timeless design when you see it.</li><li>Networking skills and a genuine love for building client relationships.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>$60,000 &ndash; $70,000 USD/year salary</li><li>Performance bonuses tied to client consultations &amp; project conversions</li><li>Health benefits package (medical, dental, vision)</li><li>Paid Time Off (PTO)</li><li>Growth opportunities: Lead Designer &rarr; Head of Brand Partnerships &rarr; Creative Director</li></ul>Why Work With Us<ul><li>You&rsquo;ll be the on-camera face of a design-driven brand with a fast-growing interior design / homeowner audience.</li><li>You&rsquo;ll design for some of the most ambitious projects in Miami and beyond.</li><li>You&rsquo;ll get to merge two worlds: technical design + cultural storytelling.</li><li>You won&rsquo;t just have a job &mdash; you&rsquo;ll have a platform.</li></ul>Apply with your portfolio, resume, and (if possible) video samples of you on camera.
