About the role</b></p><ul><li>
The Content Creator will develop and produce engaging, high-quality content that supports Resident Interface&rsquo;s marketing strategy across digital channels. This role focuses on creating written, visual, and multimedia assets that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and audience engagement. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and skilled in storytelling, with a strong understanding of digital trends and SEO best practices.</li></ul><p><b>
What you'll do</b></p><ul><li>
Content Development</li><li><div><ul><li>
Write and edit blog posts, articles, email copy, and website content aligned with brand voice and marketing objectives.</li><li>
Create compelling social media content, including graphics, short videos, and captions for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.</li><li>
Collaborate with internal teams to develop case studies, thought leadership pieces, and client success stories.</li></ul></div></li><li>
Multimedia &amp; Design</li><li><div><ul><li>
Design visual assets using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite for social media, presentations, and marketing collateral.</li><li>
Assist in video production for campaigns, webinars, and promotional materials.</li></ul></div></li><li>
SEO &amp; Analytics</li><li><div><ul><li>
Optimize content for search engines using keywords, meta descriptions, and best practices.</li><li>
Track and report on content performance metrics, including engagement, traffic, and conversions.</li></ul></div></li><li>
Collaboration</li><li><div><ul><li>
Work closely with marketing team members to align content with campaign goals and timelines.</li><li>
Coordinate with external freelancers or agencies for specialized content projects.</li></ul></div></li></ul><p><b>
Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.</li><li>
2+ years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or similar role.</li><li>
Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.</li><li>
Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with video editing tools is a plus.</li><li>
Knowledge of SEO principles and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Webflow).</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li></ul><div></div><div><div><div><p><b>

Work Hours:</b></p><p>
Minimum of Forty (40) hours per week. Actual daily hours will be assigned by senior management and will normally be between 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. Additional hours as needed for training, meetings and special projects or to meet deadlines and commitments.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
